    I gave the business, the rough estimate of size for the window, and instead of them cutting of the correct size that I gave them originally when I paid them, they cut it incorrectly. The business is refusing to recut it, stating that I should have given them the right size, which I did in the beginning.Location of the business:*****************************************

    Nobody likes to "eat" a window and while we sympathize with Mr. ****** we try and take steps to minimize these occurrences.  I have enclosed the receipt showing Mr. ******* signature for the window size ordered.  I don't know first hand of the conversation leading to this order.  All of our windows are ordered by the actual size of the window.  We deal with multiple manufacturers and each one will cut their windows back a different amount if given opening sizes.  Some contractors prefer a half inch cut back. some a quarter inch cut back, etc.  Therefore, we always use the actual size to eliminate problems.  But, in order to try to be fair without pointing fingers, I will offer to Mr. ***** a 50% discount on the correct size window.

    Location: *********************************************** I hired this company to do repairs on the windows and doors on my house but have been having issues with my screen door. I have a warranty on the screen door and they are refusing to come out and fix it.

    We installed the storm door in 2022.  We have been out 3 times in the last month to address her issues.  Unfortunately, the customer has damaged the door beyond repair.  The door main frame is bent so bad in cannot be fixed.  The customer has been informed of this, but claims they didn't do it.  Please see the pictures that show the top of the door is fine but the lower part has been bent out.  We cannot do anything but replace the door and she does not want to pay.

    I had 27 windows installed June 2022. December 2022 they all frosted with ice inside the house. I was told that it would take 3-6 months to get the new windows in stock and they were installed in August 2023. They didn't even have all of the windows then. This past Sunday I have a inch of ice on all my windows. I've have only talked to chuck. I called him and sent text and he hasn't responded. I'm not going threw this with him for a 3rd time
