      In place an order for a topper on April 23rd 2025 haven't received my item they charged my credit card been trying to call the merchant for over a week phone just rings no one answers horrible experience bad buisness

      ***** ****** placed an order on 4/23/25, and the order was delivered on 5/7/25 (10th business day)  This order was delivered within the allotted time  of our drop ship policy.
      The Top Smart by *** Renau  is a drop ship item, and it ships from a third party vendor in 10 business days (excludes weekends/holidays)
      Also, the drop ship policy is located next to the picture on, and a screenshot of the policy has been sent with this email response.

      I placed an order for a wig from Beauty Trends June 7th. I received my order on June 10th my order #*****. The item was incorrect and the invoice enclosed was addressed to someone else under their order #*****. I immediately tried to call the company with the number that was on the invoice and on their website **********. The call goes through and I get a recording to press 2 for customer service.......after several rings the recording says the number is no longer in use. I have tried calling at different times and several days with the same response. I have also emailseveral times to try to get information on how to proceed with a return and get the correct order. My credit card has been charged.

      Hello,

      After reviewing our records, there was an oversight with order numbers #***** and #***** which caused a shipping error.

      As soon as we realized the error, a **** return shipping label was sent to the email of ********************************* email to return order #*****.

      Also, both customers have been issued a full refund with an apology.  Beautytrends takes full responsibility for error made and the inconvenience.

      I placed an order 12/12/22, they cashed the money order but I didn't receive the order. The money order was for $75.69. I tried contacting the company several times but I couldn't get through to talk to any one. I have ordered from them for years and I am a preferred customer and get a discount.

      We value **** ******* as a loyal customer, and she has been ordering with Beautytrends for years.    Beautytrends would like to sincerely apologize for the oversight of processing Mrs. ********s order.

      Mrs. ********s mail order was processed immediately and shipped on 1/13/23.   The scheduled delivery for this order is 1/17/23.
