Subject: Kay Motors LLC Sold Me a Bad Car, Then Blocked Me In May 2025, I bought a 2016 Chevrolet with ******* miles from Kay Motors LLC (************************************************************************) for around $5,000. They had me sign an AS IS agreement and gave me an NVP powertrain-only warranty.I test-drove the car, but within two weeks, the thermostat housing and water pump failed. By the third week, the front catalytic converter also went bad.If this had happened after a few months, I mightve accepted it. But this level of failure in under three weeks shows that Kay Motors either knew the car had serious problems or failed to inspect it at all.I tried to call them to ask about the warranty they instantly blocked my number and ignored all my messages. Thats not just poor service its completely dishonest and cowardly.Kay Motors LLC sold me a broken car, gave me a useless warranty, then disappeared when I needed help. They should be investigated, and I strongly warn anyone: do not buy from this place.Honestly, if these problems had appeared three months later, I might have accepted it as unfortunate luck. But this happened within weeks, and Kay Motors behavior after the sale cutting off contact immediately tells me this was intentional. They knew what they were selling, and they had no intention of taking responsibility.Let me be absolutely clear:This is not just bad service it feels like a deliberate scam. The store is tiny and run-down, and I seriously doubt they have the ability to properly inspect any vehicles before putting them on the lot.Their entire business model seems to be: Sell broken cars, push AS IS paperwork, offer a fake warranty, then disappear when problems arise.Kay Motors LLC is dishonest, cowardly, and irresponsible. The fact that they block customers after a simple repair inquiry is proof of guilt.I strongly suggest the anyone never buy anything from them.***********************************************
