Purchased 2010 Audi Q5 from this dealership on September 22, 2023 and less than 24 hours later check engine light was on. The oil light came on that next day, the key fob didnt work, the muffler became loud and noisy, just a piece of junk. On 9/23 went to Advance Auto Parts and to have codes tested. P0400s code was found. On that Monday, 9/25 made appointment with an Audi repair service to see exactly what all was wrong with the vehicle and the same or similar codes were found. P0491 and P1492. On the date I was to pick up the vehicle, *** the guy that was selling the car, contacted me and told me not to bring a Cashier's Check and to bring cash because he needed it to go purchase a vehicle. So I got the $6900 from the bank. On September 23rd contacted *** at the dealership and he became belligerent and blaming that there was nothing wrong with the car when I took it. Was argumentative and confrontational and implied that I had done something to the car. A few days later after several calls he finally asked me to send him a picture of the receipt for the diagnostic work I had done. He said bring the car out and he would have his mechanic look at it. Which I did. I dropped the car off on Friday 9/29.I texted on Monday, October 2, to ask how it was going with the car and got no response. So I called at 11am, *** became rude and disrespectful telling me I shouldn't be bothering him that early in the morning asking about the car and when he finds out something he will let me know. 10/3 I received a text that they found the issues and would fix the exhaust and go from there. I was told I could pick up the car on Friday, October 6th a week later. I picked up the car and check engine light back on and discovered it is leaking oil. I asked for my money back several times but always got the "as is" excuse and basically they did me a favor by trying to work with me on this car. This car is still being advertised on ******** Marketplace for sale as a 2011 Audi Q5 for $7,300. It is not a 2011, it is 2010. I mentioned this to them when I first came in to see the car. But they chose not fixed it their ad. Clearly at this point they no longer had this vehicle, when they had already sold this piece of junk to me. I believe this dealer misrepresented the condition of this vehicle to get money and once he has your money they feel you cant do anything about it. They have your money and you have nothing.

I bought a car last Friday and I noticed the service engine soon light had came on. A week later the car started to not drive right. I also noticed a strange noise coming from the car to the point that I was scared to drive it. The guy who sold me the car is ***** and he will not return my phone calls and has offered me no solution to my problem.  I have called my insurance company and they checked the *** and said it seems to be a car that has been  in a serious wreck. ***** did not tell me any of this when I bought the car and told me there was nothing wrong with the car.  There were no service engine lights on the car when I bought it.  They all came on a week later. I had a tune up and the oil has been changed so there should ne no reason for any of the lights to be on in the car and it should not be driving this bad.  I do not feel safe and I have spent a lot of money on a car that I was told had no problems.
