      Clippers arborist said that they would be able to raise the cannopy 10 feet, trim the branches away from my and our neighbors house, make space for the powerlines and trim the deadwood. After 6+ hours of work, the two employees Clippers sent out explained that they couldnt complete the work because of weight distribution, tree health and other excuses the arborist never brought up prior to me paying for the work. The employee told me that Clippers would follow up in a year from the that date to finish the work, or decide if the tree needs to be cut down. After arguing for 10 minutes, I chose to accept the employees excuse with the understanding that clippers would be back out to complete the work. Over 1.5 years later, my trees growing over our houses and Clippers doesnt want to accept any responsibility because those employees are no longer with the company. That is no excuse for not completing work that I paid for.

      The reasons our employees initially gave for the tree care provided were not "excuses". They were decisions made to adhere to **** standards with the health of the tree being the focus. A separate certified arborist from our company came out last month and also advised to you the amount of work was done to the standard and the tree looked healthy (ie, no signs of improper pruning, strong branch unions, good response growth). You feel more work should have been done, we felt we did the appropriate amount of work for what was in the best interest of your tree.

      Clippers did not accept responsibility for the work not being completed even though they were paid for said work.
