    Initially they seemed like a great company. The owner even gave me his personal phone number in case there was any issues. Then they never showed up to finish the job and I’ve called and text the owner over a dozen times over the past three months with absolutely no response after the first three days when he said they would do this and that but then went MIA. Don’t know what to do!

    In response
    to the letter we received (ID# ********) in regard to ‘***** ******’, I want to
    initially state that we at Arborcare Tree found him to be an absolutely
    wonderful individual, and very accommodating while we were on-site working, and
    have no ill will towards Mr. ****** in this response.
    Nonetheless,
    Arborcare Tree was ‘hired by’  Villa’s on
    Olive, the condominium complex adjacent to ***** ******’s rear property line,
    to clean up a ‘storm damaged tree situation’ that was located directly on the
    property line shared by both ***** ****** & The Condominium … Arborcare was
    ‘not hired’ by ***** ** in any capacity, and the ‘enclosed complaint’ by Mr.
    ****** is truly unbased as described in the letter we received from the BBB,
    since Arborcare Tree was not ‘Mr. ******’s contractor’ …
    Arborcare
    Tree was called by the management company that oversees the condominium
    complex, via a ‘work order’ to clean up the ‘storm-damaged tree’ that fell on
    the property line shared by ***** * and the Condominium – nothing further…
    The
    ‘subsequent service details needing attention’ (i.e.  Stump Grinding, Repair of Damaged Fence-line,
    etc.)  as seems to be the point of
    argument in Mr. ******’s letter, were ‘not’ part of the ‘work order’ given to
    Arborcare Tree in this ‘storm cleanup’.    There are always ‘additional follow-up services’ to be dealt with in
    these ‘storm related situations’, yet these ‘follow-up details’ were not the
    responsibility of Arborcare Tree, who was there merely in a ‘first response
    capacity’ to clean up the ‘mess’ …
     … Again, Arborcare Tree was simply contracted
    ‘by Condominium’ to ‘clean up the storm related debris’… Any service
    requirements regarding any such ‘additional work details’ are ‘not’ the
    responsibility of Arborcare Tree to decide upon… All such ‘follow up services’ are
    a conversation to be had by Mr. ****** & The Condominium …
