    On the night of 01/11/2023, I was out celebrating a birthday dinner with friends and family. I enjoyed myself up until the I received a notification on my phone from my banking showing a different charge amount than what was on the receipt that the waitress presented in front of me. When ask and showed proof of the charges ... waitress pretended not to know what was going. Prior to her running my card myself and others ask was the gratuity already included in the bill. I was told no. When I did the calculating myself the sever had tipped herself 20% without my knowledge. When I ask to speak with the manger on duty ****. He was very rude didn't want to answer my questions. Even insulted me by implying that I used my card at their bar, and implying it was a prepaid card. After explaining, it didn't matter if it was prepaid card or not the charge is what was input. I even notice that when I receive the receipt i had two copies of the customer copy and no merchant. I called the next day, and no one was of any help honestly. I feel like this is something that server normally does and more than likely gets away with. No compension was given they just acted like everything ok. My feelings were truly hurt because I always tip in cash and i feel like she stole from me because in all reality that's exactly what she did.
