His ability to custom build solutions when we ran into the "fun surprises" that come with a 100-year old house allowed us to get through what might have otherwise been major delays - like when we found out your ceiling is 3" off level one corner to the next, or when some of our cabinets kept coming in broken or ordered incorrectly from the designer." ...
