The owners were exceptionally professional. Communication was always effective and they were always willing to come up with a solution when I had concerns and extremely emphatic. The information provided will, without a doubt, prove that Solutionworks Property Management located at *************************************************** and it's owners ***************** and ********* ********* business practices need to be researched and inspected for further review by the BBB of ********* to establish a true and much more accurate rating of A+ that it has now; the rating is at best, as you will see in proof from emails and other sources should be at best a C rating. See A - I needed my toilet bolted down to the floor after they put new flooring down. It is important to note that the bathroom floor was put down 22 months after they had torn the floor tiles up and put sealer on the floor. I consider that to be great patience on my part and horrible management on their part. Granted I did have company the day ********* said they would be up to fix the floor but there was no effort to reschedule on their part so I was forced to take a BM in different areas of the bathroom. See B - says about the same thing. See C - The sink stopper wasn't working at all. ********* called me and said ************************* bought the needed stopper that would resolve issue but they fired him before he could come to fix the sink. Again, there was no effort on Solutionworks part to reschedule or in any way be concerned with said issue. See D - says about the same thing. See E - I'm trying to communicate with ********* but not getting any response. See F - Again, non reschedule done. See G1, G2 - So this email illustrates what happened earlier. ***************** and ********* emailed me for a meeting with them to revisit issues regarding my apartment. Several days prior to the meeting I had emailed ********* and asked to please have my bathroom and kitchen painted since it had not been painted in over 30 years. *************************** was my landlord for 25 years before ***************** bought the building in 2019. When you buy a building you take on all responsibility for said building and all things that were done or were not addressed by prior owners. So at this meeting, they sat me down and said that they will not be renewing my month-to-month lease. Their reasoning in not renewing the lease was they said they had seen me on their cameras and that my slow walking speed up the stairs was a concern to them. This screams a violation because of my disability/disabilities. This is a business that has an A+ rating and they openly violate my rights? Also, they were not going to renew my month-to-month lease because they were going to rehab my apartment and that once that was done I wouldn't be able to afford the $600.00 a month rent. Two things to note here: if they were so concerned about my health/walking speed up the stairs, why didn't they tell me that much earlier? There is nothing in my lease with them that states I must walk upstairs at a certain speed to fulfill the lease requirements, nothing. Secondly, why after 2 and a half years under their management did they meet with me to kick me out of my apartment of 27 years? Because they didn't want to put money in my apartment to make it look more presentable. That's why they chose this time to do so. Remember, those were the only reasons they gave for kicking me out. Note: it wasn't because I was behind on my rent or caused destruction to their property or hurt another tenant. It was my slow movement up the stairs that they were concerned about. ********* even admits to saying as such in the email. See H - ********* agrees to $11.94 a day rent until I find a place to live. You'll see why this is important later. See I - Paying rent on time-proof. See J - This is just pure harassment and proves again their A+ rating needs some serious looking in to. See K - Harassment again from the great A+ rating company. See L - Proof that I was indeed paying daily rent. Wait, it gets much worse. This Business as they call themselves????? See M - They accept the $11.94 payment. Yes, ********* said $18.00 dollars a day but $11.94 was good enough in the past, it's good enough now. Why didn't they decline payment? See N - Same thing; payment accepted. See O - Please notice that the payment is accepted on their portal/website that they own and have total control over. You will see why this is important later. Also, note that the balance due is $0.00. See *********** later on the same day after she has said she agrees to daily payment she then demands the full monthly payments amount knowing that I will be out of the apartment in days not weeks. By the way, the portal that they own doesn't accept daily payment now. The portal will only accept $358.06, therefore, locking me out of daily rent payments that she blocked me from making. Now she has devised a way to hurt me on several levels. This is a business with good standing in the ********* Business District backed by BBB?? See Q - how she has completely locked me out. See R - No we get to the really dirty part of ***************** and *********'s wonderful moral business practices. I have proof that she knew full well that I was leaving for good on 9-11-2021. My mother and sister spoke to her only moments before I left my apartment of 27 years. This is a screenshot of my bank account where ********* goes to the portal that she had total control over and proceeds to pose as me with my account routing numbers and account numbers and posses as me on her portal and deducts $18.00 from my account. This is fraud and bank fraud at that. See S - ************ did an investigation and determined that indeed this was done from her IP address and computer and that I had in no way authorized this. Good business practices? I think not. See T - More proof from the bank See U1, U2 - So now I'm gone. She then decides what part if any I should get of my security deposit. If you read closely, ********* double dips on September 1st. She accepted payment of $11.94 on 9-1-2021 then comes back and charges me $19.75 for 12 days in September knowing I had left on 9-11-2021. What? So now she is double dipping; using fraud to get money; charging and accepting $11.94 and now she pulls $19.94 out of the air. I'm done. This business? is a train wreck at best and deserves to have their BBB score reduced immediately upon receipt. This business? and owners of Solutionworks are amoral, dreadful and nefarious at best. ****************** and ***************** are unstable, disagreeable, rigid, and just not good business people ********* needs.SolutionWorks Corporation Response
