This is a warning to all people seeking to rent apartments in the ****** Realty apartment complex on 800 ********, **************, ********. When you sign a lease, make sure you don't accept at anytime, doing your stay, a electronic signature!! Especially if you rent on a yearly basis with a co-signer. If you decide to go on a monthly basis (without a co-signer into a second year) go to the office in person and make sure you sign the monthly lease in person (non electronically)and get a copy of that lease physically signed by you!! Because that office will electronically sign your lease without you knowing it. They will create a lie and say that the person you're co-signer for is behind in rent, but they want tell you then, they will wait until near the end of the year and call you stating that you have less than 24 hrs. to pay an $xxxxx amount of dollars or they'll ***************** They're VERY poor in apartment maintenance. they have a elderly guy that handles all the repairs needed for all residents in the complex,.....etc. I can go on and on. But to move along, They forged my signature for the second in which I have'nt signed anything for the second year, **** and told the person I co-signed for that I secretly came in and signed the lease for the second year in which I DID'NT!! They charged me $2,645.00 in which I'm still trying very hard toward getting my money back or giving them some prison time. That a very poor place to stay with some careless/evil fat women running it! PLEASE!! heed my WARNING!!!!!
