      On 3-29-24 my teens car stopped working on her way to work and she contacted AAA for help.She was stuck on the side of the road in a very concerning area in the *********.When she called for a tow to pick her & the car up, she was told it would be assigned to Advantage *********** would take 2hours even though she didnt feel safe.That was an excessive period of time to be stranded. AAA offered to call the police for her to sit with her until they arrive.2 hours?!The police do not provide such a ************* unreasonable to even to say that they would.When the tow company called they said it the arrival time would not be until 7:05 pm, which was a little more than 2 hours because they didnt have any workers. As soon as they arrived, they would send a truck. At this point,I left work to sit with my daughter out of concern for her safety. She called AAA back to let them know what Advantage ****** said & that there are no drivers working & she had to wait for 2 hours.We asked to please find another tow company to come help her.AAA said she would see what she could do, but we didnt hear back. 7:05 came and went.We kept calling Advantage for an ************* kept giving us later arrival times. Each of the 3 times they would say theyll call the driver & call back. They never did!Nor did the worker arrive.I asked to speak to the driver ************* refused. It is now dark & close to 9:00 pm.We called AAA back to let them know what was happening & the disbelief of being treated in such a way. I began to believe it was because of the neighborhood we were stranded in & they had no intent on coming at all.Discrimination?My teen recd a call from some other company.All American Towing, who AAA didnt know about.He needed addresses.Advantage gave the job to All American, arriving 4 hours later!!! Turns out they have the same owner.It is clear AAA is not providing adequate or no services in that area&is not being honest.A supervisor didnt even return my call in as promised!

      Location should be shut down after so many complaints. Agents seem to do whatever and take whenever they can. Totally corrupt

      ************************* (previously ******) is the person who signed me up for AAA car insurance which is a choice I made because I was quoted a cheaper price than what I was using at the time. I was very thrilled, only to find out that I was paying MORE than was disclosed. Over the last 8 months I have been trying to resolve the issue. A month ago when I finally got ahold of her she was very polite, apologetic, and reassured me she was going to resolve the issue, lowering the price. She told me it would take 24hrs to update the amount due, yet days and weeks went by, even reassured a week prior to my auto payment that she would look into it on Feb 21st. Today it is Feb. 28th, I looked at my bank account and saw that they charged me the same price that she swore up and down would be changed. I had left her 2 voicemails over the past month, even texted her personal number that SHE gave me, only to be reassured when she texted me back on Feb. 21st. Today I called her voicemail to get her bosses number, I left them a voicemail, had to call back because her bosses voicemail was so fast saying her bosses number whom I also left a message for. No one is calling me back, voicemails do nothing, and its virtually impossible to talk to anyone in corporate to address a very serious issue of LIES and DECEIT. This needs to be addressed immediately. I have mental/physical health conditions that have prevented me from working which abruptly ended in January. Therefore I am in a MAJOR CRISIS, and have been doing everything in my power to stay calm and resolve this issue with AAA on top of more important issues so this is the last thing I need. ******** gave me her personal contact info to reach out with resolving this issue to which I have not abused in the slightest. I have still been contacting her through her business to no avail. And for ******** to act like she cared on a personal level was just an even bigger slap in the face. This is my first time EVER escalating an issue to BBB!!!

      I have been with AAA Insurance for 9 years and Ive had 4 different vehicles while with them. I recently purchased a new vehicle but had the mailing address changed due to I starting having missing mail or items just not arriving to me. Shortly after that after confirming with the agent ****** which he assured me the mailing address was different from my property address. Well a few weeks later I received a nasty letter stating AAA was dropping my homeowner and car insurance policy due to unethical behavior of their agent ****** going into the system and put my vehicle was garaged at a different location other than my primary home. I called AAA and another representative explained this to me tried to apologize and renew my policy for their agents unethical practices but I declined the reinstatement and took my business elsewhere. I dont understand with being with AAA for 9 years and them seeing a new vehicle added why would someone not call to confirm the recent change before the threatening letter. I must say I was furious and this was nothing but an act of discrimination but turned out to be a blessing now I signed up with a better company where I have a direct agent and not just anybody that happens to answer the phone and Im saving $500 including the roadside assistance I had to buy but never needed a year I was being overcharged in the first place but Im just that loyal I dont bounce around when it comes to my home and cars. Thanks AAA to your agent discriminatory, unethical and unfair business practices.

      We have been AAA members for 23 years. We have used their towing services multiple times. Last week we had to use their towing service because our car broke down. Not only was their customer service terrible, and communication completely lacking, but it took them 5 days to tow our car. FIVE DAYS. They blamed this amount of time on an inch of snow that we received they morning my car broke down. The snow melted by the second day. I will be filling a much more thorough complaint.       Be cautious, I received a quote, canceled the insurance company I was with for 20 years. The quote was way off, I never would have left my previous insurer for the measly ************* I don't even have an insurance card. I would not recommend.

      My insurance agent lied to me about my lien company approving a temporary coverage of Liability only until I could get on my feet after an awful life event. Without any warning, I was being charged full coverage and was never told Liability was denied. My insurance agent fully knew and understood I could not afford those payments, and lied to get a deal signed. Now I have over $1000 in collections. Little did I know, Progressive had me covered for A THIRD of the price for full coverage. This company is money hungry over their customers well being.

      I am a AAA premier member. Long story short on the way home from ********* to ******** my car got a flat tire. I called AAA at 6pm to get a tow service, they kept reassuring me they were working on it. 8 hours later I am calling intermittently to expedite this because I am on the side of the highway with my 2 children and elderly mother. No one ever came and once 12am rolled around turns out they couldn't even find a service request for us! So they worked to try to get a tow service who eventually at 1am cancelled last minute. So long story short we all got home at 4am after the ******** ************ helped to secure us a tow. If you are a frequent auto traveler I DO NOT RECOMMEND AAA roadside assistance. Or be prepared to suffer the same service we received.

      They keep raising my car insurance and my car is a 2004. I just have liability. Not pleased at all
