    On July 8 2023 I purchased 3 Durheat Birch trees and a Black Knight Butterfly **** from Rolling Ridge. They were not planted by Rolling Ridge until late August of 2023. When spring came in 2024 only One of the trees sprouted and the Butterfly **** was dead. I called and spoke to ***** and he came and removed the Butterfly ****..he said they had none in stock for replacement and would advise. He came later in July and examined the Birch trees. Again he said they had none in stock and would advise. I have waited at least 7 weeks since his last visit with no response. I called the nursery and left a message for the manager to call me so we could resolve these issues and have had no calls from anyone. I would like these plants replaced before it is too late for them to root. I purchased a 2 year guarantee when the items were purchased that ensures replacement is included. This business has displayed extremely POOR customer service and is not adhering to their own contract. I need the manager to call so a delivery date of 2 new Duraheat Birch trees and a new Butterfly **** can be arranged.

    We are in no way trying to avoid this consumer or the situation, it is currently being worked on and is just a matter of not having the items available. We will reach out to the consumer directly.

    The business has contacted me and apologized for the issues. I was directed to a Manager named *****. He promised to respond with a solution after his vacation. That was on Oct 1. I am still waiting to hear on their resolution.

    Rolling Ridge has resolved the issue and we are in the process of making a time line to replace the trees and plants.
