Refund and Exchange Policy

New Merchandise Return Policy

New merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase date
for a full refund provided the following…

1.     Original sales receipt to accompany return.
2.     Products to be in original new condition with all packaging, instructions and blank warranty cards in the same new condition. 
3.     A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to returned products not meeting the above requirements.
4.     Items NOT RETURNABLE include:
        a) Special order items.
        b) Printers, books, software, pre-recorded media, film, papers, backgrounds,
            and microphones.
        c) Media transfers, and lab services.


Used Merchandise Return Policy

Used merchandise returns are limited to 7 days. Said used equipment must be in the same condition as when purchased. The client may choose a full refund via a “Schiller Store Credit” or select a refund less a rental/usage fee.
Used items less than $500… $  50 fee. 
Used items $500 or over…    $100 fee.

Schiller’s reserves the right to issue refunds by check, cash or credit card.
Purchases paid via check will be refunded 10 days after purchase date.

Credit or debit card purchases over $250 will only be refunded via a check.
Checks are issued during office business hours, M-F 8:30a-4:30p.
