    I think that this is a refurbished pump because sometimes it works, sometimes it wont turn on. This was supposed to be delivered in December but they claimed my insurance held ir up. My insurance did not hear about this until til the 10th and it we on my doorstep on the 17th. Since I paid for a new pump, I want this refurb replaced with a new pump and the legs need to be longer. These are for a child. Please contact me.

    I think this company is an unprofessional outfit, ripping off *********** Area Territory Manager is Rude and Unresponsive, the Regional Manager in ****** is no better, made promises that didn't come through (I dislike LIARS). Upper management just under the CEO is no ********* one returns calls...smh My Brand New pump malfunctioned, supposed to be used 4 times daily. They have their money from my insurance company and that's all they're concerned about.SAD Where's my replacement Pump ???

    Our Representative reviewed the situation with the patient by phone and confirmed that the compression pump seemed to be operating as intended. Although it appeared to be functioning correctly, we offered to send it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. The patient requested an immediate replacement pump, which is not part of our usual procedure. However, as an exception, we agreed to provide a replacement. To meet the patients request for expedited service, our Representative delivered directly to their residence. The patient now has a new compression system.

    My pump has stopped working 3 times in the year and a half I had it. Been without it now for a week and waiting for a response from my ********* last time it was almost a month before I got the "fixed" unit back and 2 months later it stopped again. The pump is helpful when it works. This is a medical device that I'm dependent on to help. The poor response from customer service makes me believe nobody cares. I will be filling out a complaint to *********

    The order a different machine than discussed. Then attempted to gaslight me that is what I wanted and needed. The problem with this statement is I was working with Tactile before BioTab who order the advanced pump (what I needed) but was denied because I need MLD/CLT therapy for 4 weeks. When I called my insurance company, they told me they had approved it and pay for it. I asked ******* (*****) how he was going to fix this. He said come pick up the pump and place an order for advanced pump. Wait? They wanted to restock a $6k pump that insurance paid for. I think not. Very disappointing experience and completely dishonest rep. Dont use this company. They have not resolved the issue and I had already started working with a local company to get the machine I need. Ill be taking this a step further because they attempted to restock a machine that is already paid for by my insurance. He also yelled and me and I would not discuss anything with him accept in writing via text so I can hand it over to the appropriate authorities.

    They send patients faulty pumps and then dont replace them. Criminal.

    In the event we have an issue with a pump we absolutely will replace it if necessary. We have an ** (Return Authorization) Process in place that is prompted the moment we are notified of an issue. The ** Process notifies our partnering manufacturer and our Company internal team by email designated specifically for these issues. This specific email inbox is monitored daily by multiple levels of personnel at both companies to ensure immediate response. The notification captures the required information to ensure accuracy and thoroughness for both companies. Patient Name and best Contact information Patient Address to include City, State and Zip Territory Manager associated with the ************ Plan number, ********************* numbers General issue with the pump and a separate line to capture more specifics Instructions to contact Patient or the Territory Manager with questions Current location of pump for shipping arrangements when necessary o Sometimes our Territory Manager has picked it up, other times the Patient will have the pump. Return shipment information once repaired or replaced o Well either ship it to Territory Manager to be delivered or ship directly to the Patient.Our quality rate is very good but, in the event there is an issue we will do everything we can to accommodate our Patients needs up to and including replacing the pump. The first step of this process is contacting your local BioTAB Territory Manager.
