    Do not recommend buying anything from this business. I made a purchase over three weeks ago and their website said it would arrive within 1.5 weeks. Still dont have my items in hand, and I cannot get a *** on the phone to discuss the matter. Blatant disrespect of customers and false advertising.

Though our team does not operate over the phone, emails are always answered in the order that they are received.

    I'm sorry to hear there has been a misunderstanding of our clearly labeled preorder terms, which were listed in the Product Description Page, the Shopping Cart, and the Checkout Page. Your purchases all had the terms "ships week of 6/22" which I can see that your order did. I'm sorry that this wasn't when you were expecting it to ship.

    This is one of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal with. I placed my order almost a month ago and the item hasn't even left the ** or been passed to the 'last' mile carrier. There is no phone number, only an email, which gets no attention unless you post something on social media. At this point I just want a refund because I can only imagine the hassle I'm going to have if I need to return or exchange something. Be prepared to get the run around, lack of response to inquires, no useful solutions, and a just 'wait & see' attitude to your order delays. I should have read the ****** reviews first. And considering the cost, you'd think the service would be decent. Never again.

    Unfortunately, your order was delayed due to the DHL Express Canada strike. Though we work closely with our global shipping partner who were pushing DHL for a quick resolution, unfortunately, strikes within third party carrier companies are outside of our control. I'm happy to see that you got your refund already!

    As for the time you had to wait for your email to make it to us, just a reminder our team is working hard to respond to all emails quickly in the order they are received, helping the oldest emails first.     I purchased three swimsuits using their measuring guidelines. One suit fit and the other two did not. They issued a refund in the form of a credit that I cannot use on their website. I have emailed at least four times without a reply. This is $130 credit that I should be able to use but cannot find a way. No response from customer service is unacceptable and there is no phone number to call either. I will not purchase from them again and cannot recommend them to other buyers.
