    Very bad experience. I came in for an oil change, safety and emission test and it took them 4 hours to do it. I paid for my service and got home and all of the oil drain from underneath my car so I called to let them know what had happened. They told me to have it towed then since the service wasnt completed correctly. I was told I would be reimbursed for me having to go through all of this but I never received any for it and now Im having a coolant leak from the service but I document everything.this was by far the worst experience Ive had at a dealership.

    *****, our service manager, reached out to Mr. ****** about the situation. Mr. ****** stated he would remove his complaint due to the fact the reimbursement check we sent him was sent to the wrong address. He will also bring his car in tomorrow 10/8/2024 to have us diagnose his coolant leak.

    Very poor experience. Sales team will help you to make a sale. But if you need support after the sale is done, they will not respond. Do not buy the prepaid plan. If you have a total loss accident, and never used the plan, it doesn't matter, they will still charge you. Even if you cancel the plan, they will not give you full refund back. Also, you do not need a total loss letter or wait to cancel the plan through the dealership...but that's what they will tell you. Very disappointed a supposedly luxury car dealership. I would advise my family and friends not to use them.
