      I would like to make a claim that I am currently living a nightmare of not getting my items delivery for my move from ***** to *******. My items were picked up on Sep 27th and was supposed to be delivered on October 3rd. It is now October 22, and I still have not received my items. I have called and spoke to ***** and he has basically ghosted me several times. I've had use to other people's phone for him to answer and then he would tell me lies about the truck broke down, then the drivers are on the way, they can deliver late at night (passed the 9:30 pm window), most current one, they are in your area and the driver should call you in an hour. No call and ***** has ghosted me again. I still have no idea where is my ***** or has it been stolen. I don't know how a company can operate like this and still stay in business. As of date: 10/22/22, I have not gotten a resolution.

      ************** was told by Allied *** Lines that they were the best.. What a bunch of bull. They were late showing up and when they did show up one guy did most of the work while the "******* sat around talking with someone to jump start the truck as the lights head been left on all night, and spent the rest of the time talking on the phone while his partner did all the work. Then the ******* informed me we were going to have a discussion. Meaning more money to which my wife and I said no way. They broke a display case, an antique lamp and I have other items missing. It took 4 weeks to get our things. We moved from ******* to ***** and were asked when we wanted it, 4 weeks later they finally showed up. We called every other day to find out where our things were and kept getting excuses. The night before we finally got our stuff the driver called us to let us know they would be arriving the 10th of December and would only take cash. We had a cashiers check ready to give them from our bank. Just like the one they took when they picked up our things. The guy told us if no cash they would hold our stuff and we would have to pay a storage fee. One guy was very nice and professional. The other guy just through totes and and a huge special need stroller on my couch and left it. They would not even load the truck until they had the cash in hand, I called customer service that night and left a message on how they were requesting cash or our stuff would not be delivered. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone, The rudest people and company I have had to deal with.
