      Awful customer service. I paid in full in May of *********************************************** Every time I call, I get some bogus answer and the run around. I have been told last fall that it was in and they were just waiting for the foundation to be laid before they could mount it. In December, I was told that it would be mounted within two weeks. Now, i was told that they arent sure what the status is, if its even in or been engraved. I feel like my family is owed some kind of refund. This is very frustrating beyond ridiculous.

      Due to the lingering effects that the Covid crisis caused, the supply chain all orders have been delayed. I am sorry for the wrong information that was provided about the delivery date. We have since terminated our former employee for not providing our customer with accurate information. The ********************** is in the process of being engraved now and we are wanting to get it in the cemetery by Feb 15th if not sooner.
