    I purchased two dinosaur skulls on December 26, 2021 for $1590. The owner of the company gives very little information on the deadlines and does not answer his emails.
    In March, I had made a procedure with ****** to reverse the payment but the owner asked me to reconsider my decision (at this time, he replied to his email…), which I did for him give it a chance because he told me he would take care of it quickly.
    I finally received two-thirds of a skull in August due to pressure put on his assistant (who is based outside of St.Louis). But this skull I received was broken into dozens of pieces. The assistant simply told me to glue it back on… See the attached photo
    I have still not had a response to several emails sent to the business owner since March and I am still missing one of the two skulls and part of the first. What I'm asking now is to be reimbursed for what I didn't get.
    I invite any fan of this kind of product to go to other manufacturers.

    Thank you for your message.   This item is not shipped from our location.   I have contacted the shipper to get a status on this for you.  I do know that the item was complete and ready to ship in my last communication with them.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The owner of this business does not specify which item it is. Is it the missing skull, part of the other skull, or both? He doesn't say anything about what I received that was broken... I don't trust him.

    I will accept the response if I get proof of what is sent like a tracking number or something.
