I received three treatments of ******** ***** over a span of 3 to 4 months at a cost of $550 each treatment. The final results did not produce what I was looking to do which was get rid of crows feet or lines around my eyes. I wrote the owner of my dissatisfaction and she wanted to have a phone conversation which I refused so I could have our conversation in writing over ******** *********. She wanted to talk about my expectations and told me that those need to be managed. She also said that my opinion of the results are objective.She said that they do not give any type of refunds for that reason. So if my opinion is objective and her opinion is objective it really doesn’t make any sense. We both clearly disagree on the results and I offered to meet her halfway and I wanted half of my money back and she has not replied. I’d like to add that the first two treatments were not as advanced as the third treatment. ****, the aesthetician said that she did a workshop and learned a new technique to be a little bit more aggressive. So I clearly did not get three treatments that were all equally the same.
