    Order was placed on 11/23. On 12/5 I inquired about this order and was told they didn't know when it would arrive. I requested a refund which they agreed to. I have tried numerous emails and phone calls none of which have been answered.

    I placed an order for an auto power cord on 11/12 (picture 1). My wife had a total knee replacement, and the cord was needed for a trip on 11/22. When the package arrived, the wrong item was sent (pictures 3 & 4). I made several attempts to contact their customer service group by a phone call and left several messages that went unanswered over the next two days. I wrote to their customer service group on 11/16 and received a message that they would look into the error. Later that day I sent their customer service group pictures of the item that was sent in error. It has now been 5 more days and I have not heard back from their customer service group even thought I have sent more emails and left more voice messages. I was forced to purchase the item on another web site today. It will not arrive on time for a trip on 11/22 but we will be able to use it on our next trip.

    I apologize for the error.  Your order shipped directly from the factory but I can see from the images you have received the wrong item.  I will notify the factory warehouse to not send you anything additional.  Send me an approximate box size and I will send you a return label for the wrong part.  I have already refunded your order although it can take ***** hours to show up on your end.  Have a good, safe Thanksgiving!

    I placed an order for a CAR-****** Kangaroo ePump Enteral Feeding Pump on 09/30/2023 - nothing noted on the website that they were on back order. This was an emergent order. We received an email the same day stating it was out of stock and a refund would be processed. As of today I still have not received the refund and I purchased the pump from another company. There have been multiple emails and phone calls and still nothing. My credit card company is now involved. Be careful if you order from them - you may never see your item or a refund.

    I apologize for the delay in refunding your order.  Over the last few years our supply chain has changed significantly.  We do not have an alternate supplier for this item and when it was clear we could not obtain the item through our normal source we were searching for an alternate.  Your refund was issued this morning and will appear on the credit card you used for the purchase in 1-2 days.

    The problem is that an order was placed by my company, ***************** of *******. We were able to contact employees at Global Medical Solutions with no issues until we notified them if they couldn't deliver the product by Friday, 9/8/23, we would have to cancel our order and go another route because of the impact it would have on production. Once that message went out, nobody answers their customer service phone numbers, international number, or returns any emails. I believe this is a shady place to do business with. We just want them to keep the product and refund all charges to the credit card on file.

    Purchased a product from the company and wanted to return it. Got the green light and RMA#. Shipped the item back and never got a refund. Emailed customer service many times and received the same "we'll follow up with XYZ" response. It's been 6 weeks now.

    Two orders were placed with Global Medical Solutions in June 2022. One of these was a duplicate, accidental order, and so the duplicate item(s) were returned in August 2022 for a refund of $571.79. Global Medical Solutions provided the return *** label, and the tracking number shows that the returned item was delivered successfully. I have contacted Global Medical Solutions multiple times by email and phone (they don't pick up the phone, so I've only been able to leave a voicemail) since then, but continue to only be told "they're looking into it." They won't provide a timeline for the refund or any other customer service or information about the $571.79 refund. Most of the time, they won't even email me back.
