      The transaction date was 6/30/23. It was for Lawn Service for the Season including 10 lawn cuts to begin in July. He wanted a prepay which was paid in the amount of $540.00. This was paid and charged to my credit card on 6/30. Calls were made several times for the first cut that was to begin beginning of July. It took several attempts to get in touch with the owner of Green RX Lawn Care & Facility Maintenance. Many messages left with no call back. One day someone showed up and did a terrible job. Again, for the second cut no response. Left several messages. Communication was poor and no one ever answered the phone. .2 cuts were provided with several weeks in between. Asked for a refund and still no money. Promised months ago. Owner is not reliable and does not follow through with his promises. we had to secure another service.

      We performed the work as requested on 7/8 and 7/22.  The refund check was sent to him in October, but he has not cashed it.  We will go ahead and reissue the check.

      On February 23, 2023, I paid $518.40 to Green Rx as a prepayment for fertilizing my yard (both front and back) throughout 2023. On July 25, 2023, a Green RX technician treated my front yard but did not treat the back yard. I know this because the gate to my fence was locked while he was here. I was charged the full price of $115.20 for treatment of the entire yard. Once I saw the Green Rx truck in front of my house, I immediately went outside to unlock the gate because I thought the technician had just arrived. However, once I came back inside the house, I saw him driving away. The technician did not come to the door to knock or ring the bell to try to get my attention nor did he leave the invoice on the door as the technicians typically do. Instead, he treated the front yard, placed the invoice inside my mailbox and left. I have video footage confirming this activity. I have called the company and left messages on multiple occasions and mailed a letter to them on August 30, 2023 requesting cancellation of my service and a refund in the amount of $403.10. This amount consists of the remaining balance of my prepayment in the amount of $345.60 as reflected on the July 24 invoice plus $57.50 which represents ½ of the total fees charged on the July 24 invoice since the technician only treated ½ of my yard. I have not received any response to my cancellation request nor have I received a refund check. Instead, one of Green Rx technicians arrived at my home on September 14 to treat my yard. I greeted the gentleman at my door and told him not to treat the yard because I had previously canceled my service. He indicated he would advise the office of our conversation, and he left. To date I still have not received my requested refund, and the company has not responded to my voice messages or to my letter. I would appreciate assistance from the BBB in having the company immediately issue a refund as per my request. Thank you.

      I am unable to provide a response on your website to the proposed resolution the business has issued. I did not receive a refund check from them in October. I received a refund check on Jan 6, 2024 in the amount of $230.40, which is almost half of what I requested. I do not know how they have calculated this refund, so I reject this proposed resolution.       My Green RX customer # is ******. Paid $264.60 for six lawn treatments in 2023 ($44.10 per treatment). They also promised to come out as needed to spray for weeds. Company provided one treatment and when I tried to contact them - they did not answer and when I left a message, no one called back. This has happened 5-6 times over the past 5-6 weeks. My lawn looks horrible - full of weeds. Since Green RX has not fulfilled their contract with me. . . nor returned my calls, I'd like my money returned and not do business with them in the future.

      My complaint is I can not get through to them. They will not answer the phone. I do not want them to mow my lawn. They were only suppose mow my lawn every two weeks. Now they are mowing my lawn every week and my lawn is turning to dirt. I want them to stop. I do not know how to get in contact with them. I want them to stop mowing my lawn. I do not want to do business with this business that will not answer the phone. I do not want them to even fertilize my lawn this fall.

      In late April 2023, I called (************) Green Rx, Inc. and asked if they had moved because my yard was too small for a riding mower.  They said they did.  I hired them to cut my grass every week until June then every two weeks.  At first they had mowed my grass and did a great job.  Then they started using a riding mower that cut my grass too short and sometimes came more than every two weeks.  Since my yard was small they turned the riding mower over my driveway.  This made riding marks on driveway.  I complained numerous times.  They said they would clean the driveway, they never did and continues using a riding mower.

      I am 82 years old and I used 7 bottles of bleach and a large Tide soap to clean the driveway myself.  It took me two days.  On August 30, I told the man that came to mow the grass to get off my property and not to come back.  I took pictures (4 pictures enclosed) of my driveway before cleaning it.  The only way they can settle this is by cleaning my driveway and putting a sealant on it.

      On June 1, 2023 I called Green Rx to ask them to cut my elderly parent's grass in Lake St. Louis, MO. A many named **** agreed and asked me if I wanted to pay in full for the season to save on weekly cuts. I paid $792.00 and he said they would come the following Monday. Between June 1 and July 2 no one showed up and I called multiple times and emailed the company. No one responded to me. Finally, the owner (not ****) answered and promised to come out the next Monday. They never showed up again. My brother has called and spoke to him multiple times. He then promised to return the money and asked for the account number. He never paid and now will not answer calls.

      On 5/5/2023, Green RX came out to fertilize my yard. 3 days later, I noticed that there were long lines of dead grass in the front of the house, and completely around the house. A manager came out to see for himself the damage his company did to my lawn. He did state it was their fault, but there was nothing they would do remediate the situation. He did suggest that after I work on the yard myself that just maybe they would reimburse the supplies that I used. My address is **** ******* ********* ******** ******** *** *****

      This company agreed to cut my lawn every other week. On April 12th the landscapers came to cut and a rock from their machines broke the glass on my storm door. The owner, ********, assured me that day that they would replace the glass if I sent him the estimate. Glass Doctor has sent emails and estimate to replace the glass and Greenrxinc has not responded. I sent an email on Apr. 21st asking him to respond. And still no response. Now he is insisting I have him cut the lawn every week which I cant afford. I dont understand how this company is on BBB if they refuse to follow through with their promises. He knew I could not afford cutting every week at 50 dollars a week so now he is bullying me to do that and refusing to fix my door. Please help I am so frustrated!Sincerely,***********************

      I purchased a full cycle lawn care for the year 2021-22 and I was offered a maximum discount ( I got a coupon through the mail from them) if I sign up before May 31, which I did. I paid in full $ 396.90 (ref; ****, *** credit card for the whole program on 5/11/2021). However, I started receiving invoices after every lawn care application and I called them. They said they would fix it and it must have been an error. So I ignored all other invoices regarding lawn care (as I have paid for the whole program for a year, which is supposed to cover till March 2022). On top of it, I called them for mole control which they were not able to do on time hence I asked my neighbor to help. Then I received an invoice for mole control and they said they applied (implanted mole bait) which they did not. I called them and they said that they will take care of it. After this episode, I reviewed some videos as well as spoke with my wife, and it seems like they did not even do proper lawn care. They come and simply park their vehicle in our driveway and then leave after some time! Anyway, to resolve the issue, I called them multiple times and explained to them on everything. The last call was on 11/8/2021 at 4.10 pm. and they said that everything will be cleared. But I continue to receive invoices asking me to pay. I did not take it seriously until today. I got a call from them and I called them back. The person on the phone was rude and more interested in threatening me. That's why I am lodging this complaint to resolve the issue.

      I got this company in spring and after a month I cancelled because they were mowing my lawn every other day instead of once a week. I called and cancelled green RX and got a new company..now through the months between May and October of 2022 green RX continued to service my lawn and cut my grass even though I requested it be cancelled 12 times. When I was home and they would come I always asked them to leave but when I’m not home they continue to cut my grass or fertilize it and leave me an invoice so I kept calling the office and they assured me it would be cancelled and a supervisor will call me which neither of those happened. My most recent interaction was Friday 10/6/22 I called the office because they cut my grass Monday and then again on Thursday..he assured me nobody will be coming back to my home and he will speak to his supervisor and call us back..On monday 10/11/22 they came back to cut my grass I ran outside and told them to leave that I cancelled and I tried calling the office multiple times and left a bunch of voicemails and emails and nobody has called me yet. My grass is completely dead and there are patches on my grass from how much they ruined it. I want a full refund from May- October and for them to fix my lawn. I have videos and pictures and witnesses. This is not Ok I will never hire them for anything!

      I would like to first address the patches and the lawn. The patches and lawn are indicative of the weed control and fertilizer working properly. In regards to coming every other day, we only come once a week for any customer. We would lose business if we didn't.
