    I contacted them through Thumbtack for a lawn cut. ******** ****** the owner came out and cut my lawn on April 29, 2025. It was wet that day due the rain and I appreciate that he was able to come out and do the cut. He had to bag the trimmings. That's when it went downhill. He dumped a bag of the trimmings around one of my trees in the back and he failed to blow the debris from my driveway and patio. I paid him $100 and that did not include cutting the back as it was too wet. He advised my next cut would be $60. I received a survey through Thumbnail today, May 2, 2025 and gave them 4 out of 5 stars and commented about the trimmings that was placed around a tree. Immediately I started receiving text messages from **** ****** and ****** through Thumbnail and my personal cell number. They were being very aggressive towards me and told me to find another lawn service. The advised the trimmings was placed there for fertilizer. Okay that was fine, but I told him he could of just told me that. He started making comments about my past service guy that did my lawn, which I shared with him that I could not get a hold of them. My previous guy cut my lawn for 2 years, and I hope nothing bad has happened to him. I guess they wanted to make it seem like no one wanted to cut my lawn. They just kept going back and forth with me via text and on Thumbnail. I have a right to voice my opinion, if they don't want honest reviews then don't ask me to complete a survey. I have reported them to Thumbnail and here on this BBB website. They were both very unprofessional and I suggest that no one book with Alpha Clean STL LLC/Alpha Cuts Lawn Care servicing the area of St. Louis, St. Charles, Clayton, Ballwin, O'Fallon, Oakville, Belleville and Arnold, MO. He did a decent enough job but their harassment and going back and forth on a public app shows they are new to owning a business and they need to work on their customer service. I believe they won't be open much longer. RUDE
