Terrible 2 year ordeal for a project that we were told would take 3-4 months. Blew through too many promised completion dates to count just to get more money. Then would do a little work and stop again or proceed at a snails pace with only one worker who stood around 1/2 the day because he was instructed to only do one thing. Dishonest business practices. Substituted **** ***** doors and windows for Anderson which were in our contract for a sunroom, among other substitutions for inferior materials or just didn’t complete work or his work didn’t meet code and had to be re-done. Claimed to be an expert in construction and under-deck drainage which he certainly is not. His system failed in under a year. Much of his work is having to get re-done or fixed. Had to fire him after two years just to get our project finished. Multiple contractors who have seen his work commented on the poor quality and they recommended we sue him which we are considering. Still working on re-doing what he did. Be aware that BBB reviews fall off this site after a period of time. There have been other negative reviews that are no longer up. Check out *******! Many people have sued him. Has a lawsuit going on now (2023). His lawyer withdrew from the case. Another lawsuit earlier 2022-2023 for taking money and not starting the job. Check out Google and yelp reviews too. Wish I could give no stars but that’s not an option. I hope this review helps someone else. That is the only reason I am posting.
