    Sold an item through **** but purchased full insurance on this specific order. The last scan was April 12th and **** had already refunded the buyer. Was only able to file a claim in May and now I'm being told we need to wait 30 days or until the buyer confirms it was lost.This is the most insane policy ever...we can see the tracking, signature was even purchased for it...but we need the buyer to confirm it? Seems like you have to go to court with these people just to get your money.

    Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent claim that you filed on 5/3/25. As we discussed, your claim is currently waiting for your buyer to verify the loss. At the time you submitted your claim, **** automatically sent a link to your buyer asking them to verify they did not receive the item or received it in damaged condition. If your buyer cannot locate that link or message, they should use the full desktop version instead of the mobile app, make sure messages are not filtered, and check their Archive and Trash folders. The link was also sent to the buyers email address affiliated with their **** account. The subject line shows buyer ID, your seller needs you to review a claim. Unfortunately, **** cannot resend these automated messages. If your buyer cannot or will not verify the claim electronically for any reason, after your claim has been open for 30 days, you may send a copy of your buyers original dispute details and messages about the loss or damage, along with a copy of your full **** Order Details for this sale, to ****************************************** and we will be able to manually review your claim.

    Never paid out after given ample evidence, pictures, screenshots and messages. They claim the buyer themselves has to approve it WITHIN 30 DAYS. Suggest just taking them to small claims court if they refuse to pay out as they are essentially mafia members who will threaten you with federal laws around **** mail. This company and it's owners should be shut down and legally prosecuted, hopefully sooner than later.

    Thank you for this review. Our records show you submitted this claim on 12/12/23. At the time you submitted your claim, **** automatically sent a link to your buyer asking them to verify they did not receive the item or received it in damaged condition. As we mentioned, your buyer did not verify the claim the claim electronically within the 30 days they had to do so. On 1/13/24, we sent an automated follow up advising what documentation you could provide in order to proceed with the claim. On 1/23/24, you submitted a contact form asking for claim status. On 1/24/24 we replied advising what documentation you could provide in order to proceed with the claim.On 3/11/24, you replied to our 1/24/24 email advising you would take us to small claims court. We have no additional emails from you and you have not yet provided any screenshots, pictures, messages or documentation to support your claim. Feel free to send a copy of your buyers original message about the loss or damage, along with a copy of your full **** Order Details for this sale to ****************************************** and we will be happy to expedite and process your claim.

    *************************????** license #******* AIC-M Claims Administrator Denied my claim on **** eventhough I provided all the information that the item wasn't received. I was told if I could provide the buyer messages claiming not receiving item ID be paid in 3 days....it never happened they tried to make me wait 30 days claiming we never had the conversation. This lady is a liar and bad business. This is fraud denying claims for no reason and I might have to proceed with legal action.

    Thank you for this review regarding your recent claim. As we discussed, your claim was initially filed too early on 2/9 instead of 2/10 and was suspended until the 30 day waiting period had passed. Your claim is currently waiting for your buyer to verify the loss electronically. At the time you submitted your claim, **** automatically sent a link to your buyer asking them to verify that they did not receive the item or received it in damaged condition. Once your buyer responds to that link, the claim will process within 2-3 business days. As we explained, if your buyer cannot or will not respond to the claim electronically within the 30 days they have to do so, after that time we will be happy to use the documentation you have provided to manually override the claim.
