    I signed up for ID protection with Freedom ID ********************** at least 7 years ago. Their recent service seemed non-existent and since I was covered by other similar services I have tried to cancel my subscription at least five times. Emails bounced back or went unanswered: I've tried several, phone numbers provided are for an insurance company who doesn't know who Freedom ID ********************** is, and I'm getting the feeling that though the fraud reporting number acknowledged my account, I don't know what kind of service I would get if I did have to file a claim. Their 800-number on your site has been disconnected.I may move forward by calling my credit card company and trying to stop the charges that way.

    Hello -

    I ended up claiming the charge as fraudulent to my credit card company and they went back two more months and credited me for those, too.  I received the attached email on 2/18/25 because they were blocked to charge again there.  Not the easiest way to cancel a subscription, but seems like that worked.  I didn't look them up, but assume the phone numbers offered on the email are the same as the others that don't work.

    I appreciate your effort in trying to clear this up for me.

    This company is making it extremely difficult to cancel my policy. I have made several phone calls and emails and nobody can help me.
