VetAssist has been wonderful to work with, ***** and ***** are amazing. They secured funding for home care for my mother, a valued dependent of an honorable combat ******* veteran. The process took about 8 months and ****** stayed in constant contact to walk us through the process and any assistance we needed. I would suggest using VetAssist if your loved one or their spouse is a combat veteran!

VetAssist has been wonderful! They were able to secure help for both my Dad, a WW2 vet, and now Mom. They have always been patient and understanding when I've gotten frustrated trying to understand the VA labyrinth, guiding me through every step.I don't think I could've made it through the proccess without their help!************

As a provider, sometimes we see clients get confused on their insurance and available resources. We do not see that happen with Vet Assist. ***** goes above and beyond for her patients. She helps them understand their benefits, voice their needs, and get the care they deserve. When starting servces, we know exactly what the client is needing and when we need to start services. This allows us to provide the best care we can and staff the patient with the best caregiver to fit their needs. We love Vet Assist!

At the heart of our grievances was the company's communication strategyself-serving and sporadic, only active when it aligned with their financial interests. Despite numerous attempts to initiate dialogue for my mother's welfare, our calls and concerns were consistently overlooked unless they served the company's agenda.Compounding this issue was a troubling pattern of financial irresponsibility, particularly regarding the payment of the aide dedicated to my mother's care. Promises of compensation were repeatedly unmet, with the company resorting to excuses, deflecting blame onto administrative errors, and showcasing a blatant disregard for ethical conduct. This not only undermined the trust essential in a caregiver relationship but also highlighted a concerning prioritization of profit over people.As someone with an MBA, my assessment of their business practices is unfavorable. The lack of transparency, accountability, and genuine care for clients' well-being falls far below the standard expected of an organization entrusted with the care of veterans' dependents. Their focus lies not in the noble service of supporting our veterans' families but rather in the pursuit of financial gain at any cost.I strongly recommend that individuals seeking care for their veteran family members bypass this organization and consider direct engagement with VA services. Despite the bureaucratic challenges, managing the process independently ensures control, transparency, and the peace of mind that your loved one's care is handled with the respect and dignity they deserve.In conclusion, our experience with Veterans Home Care LLC serves as a ***** reminder to conduct thorough due diligence and seek services that truly honor and respect the sacrifices of our veterans and their families.

This review is long overdue. Veterans Home Care helped my father and I tremendously by helping us navigate the system to obtain benefits we didn't know he was entitled to. Everyone was friendly, helpful and supportive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any veteran or family member who is in a similar situation.

At 1st, they act very nice and professional. Then you deal with their main office in ********* and the VET is treated just like another #. Might have just well dealt with Veterans Affairs from the 1st place. After multiple different caregivers that they've sent out to the house for my father. They just stopped coming. Good thing or I thought, VetAssist offered me to work full time for my father taking care of him. And that I would be getting paid on a monthly basis for my actions. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ACTION. I SAY DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ACTION!!! I warned you Now they don't even attempt to return phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional business all together and a waste of my time and my FATHERS. The name does not fit their business practices. "VetAssist" is a joke!!! I can only give 1 star but if I could give less, I would.Sad thing is, I use to have a fulltime job (60K) annually, and because of this company and promises. I've lost that job and can't drive to an actual new job because I've been diagnosed with epilepsy. Does the company care? NO IF YOU FALL FOR THEIR LIES... GOOD LUCK

You have to chase your paycheck around. Extremely unprofessional you never know when youre going to get paid and when you called to inquire about it, you get the runaround. I wouldnt recommend this company for anyone.
