            On Jan.10, I had an appointment with Brightstar to take me to the doctor. They were supposed to be here at 11 but didn't show up. They took $160 out of my account on Jan. 26, 2023, so I called and asked for my money back. I talked to the owner so I could get it back. I got back $123.19. I have been arguing with him about getting my money back. He told me he would bring it to my house then he said he would mail it. I still haven't gotten it. I have been with them a long time and with the previous owners I never had any trouble.

            I had a bad experience with this franchise. A caretaker that worked with me for 18 months started stealing food and who knows what else. I was upset of course. What did the Human Resource women do, berated me telling me I with all kinds of outlandish reasons this could not be true. For 18 months I pay them weekly and they defend the caretaker and make me feel even more upset. Just warning
