  I sold my my house to I Buy STL. It was a great experience. Probably could have more $$$$, but I eliminated the possibility of major issues of repairs. No regrets.

  I'm being generous with giving I Buy STL two stars. We were having great difficulty selling our house, so we decided to contact them to check it out. ******* came out to look at the house and asked what our goal was. My husband was very clear that we were looking into what options we had and that he could not make a final decision without me there. ******* told my husband that he could not look at the contract or the offer amount unless he signed it first. ******* told my husband that he could change his mind and back out of the contract by the end of the day after speaking with me about our options. He also told him it would not be finalized until I signed it, despite the fact that my name is not on the house. We notified him in the evening that we no longer wanted to be part of the contract. His tune changed the next day and he told us that since my husband signed the contract, it was legally binding. Verbal contracts are legally binding in ** so it should have been upheld. He avoided giving us his boss's number for a few days by not responding to calls or texts.His boss tried to fix it but told us we were stuck in the contract. We were able to move the closing date up only for them to back out. It was clear none of them did research on our house, as they insisted they buy homes in flood plains. We were told a lot of lies and contradicting information in this process. They falsely represented themselves, as well as the fact that they illegally display the BBB logo on some of their documents since they aren't accredited. While this wasn't a financial burden, the stress of the games they played was not worthwhile.

  I received by Mail, an offer to buy a Parcel of property that I own. It is an empty city Lot. When I called to accept their offer, a person named *mil* told me that they were only buying property with a House on it. That didn't explain why the offer amount was good for a vacant Lot, but terribly low if it had a House on it.

  *** and his crew could not have made it easier for us to sell my mothers home for a MORE than fair price. Had it not been for I Buy STL I’m afraid my mom would still be in her house inside down. We just didn’t have the funds to deal with cosmetic, much less code. My entire family is so appreciative. ***** *****

  ***** and the whole I Buy STL Team were excellent to work with. I had a few investment properties in St. Louis that had served their time but wanted to move on to something else. They gave me a more than fair offer and made the whole transaction a breeze from start to finish. Even recommended them to another investor.

  I owned a rental home for several years in *********, and when the time came to sell it, this company gave me a fair price for it and everything went better than I could ever expect. Closing was very fast and I am over-the-top happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend this company!
