    An investor named ******* ******* called me and came to see our home. He agreed to pay $270,000. We verbally agreed on this amount. On 10/18/24 he emailed us a Purchase and Sales Agreement which we Doc-U signed and sent to him. On 10/24/24 he came to the house in person and had us re-sign the contact since the docu-signature was a bit glitchy. On that day he also had several contractors stop by the house. Then on 10-28-24 he had realtors come by to look at the property. After that he asked for some additional information and then said he probably would not reach out to us until closing. The agreed closing date was 11-18-24. We rented a storage unit on 11-4-24 which cost $183.53. On 11-6-24 we rented a roll-a-way dumpster which cost $420. We began packing up the house. We disassembled our children's beds, packed almost all of our belongings and moved them to the storage unit. On 11-9-24 I reached out to ******* to touch base and he never replied. On 11-11-24 I reached out again and asked for him to call me back. He message me stating he had been out of town and that we would talk the next day. 2 days later I texted him and he finally called back the evening of 11.-13-24. He stated he had canceled the contract with the title company 2 weeks ago after the contractors came. He failed to communicate this to us and let 2 weeks go by where we assumed we were moving and closing on 11-18-24. He did not apologize only said "it's on me". He caused our struggling family so much financial hardship and stress and did not have the decency to admit that he had made a mistake by never telling us that he canceled the agreement. The cost alone of the dumpster and storage total $603.53.
