1 starOur AC was diagnosed on Friday, July 11, and we were told the needed part would arrive by the following Friday. As of today (July 22, 2025), were still without a functioning AC in the middle of a heat wave with little to no communication from Classic Aire Care during the process.After the part failed to arrive as promised, we werent contacted at all. I had to reach out myself to learn that not only had the part not arrived, but no one at Classic could tell me why or when it might. And since they wont schedule service until the part is in hand, were stuck waiting indefinitely.I understand delays can happen but the complete lack of transparency and follow-through is whats unacceptable. Weve made multiple efforts to get clarity and move this forward, but have only received vague responses and no firm timeline. Meanwhile, were suffering through the hottest days of the year without AC.Please dont reply by saying you take customer ********************** seriously Ive seen the same cut-and-paste response on nearly every 1-star review here. What would actually help is someone proactively fixing the issue and keeping us informed thats what we expect from a professional service company.Ill update this review based on how the remainder of this repair is handled. So far, the experience has been extremely disappointing.Classic Aire Care

5 starsHad my AC/furnace completely replaced and zoning added. They did an incredible job. Everything they worked on was done extremely well and looks way better than I expected. Everyone I had contact with at Classic Aire Care was professional and incredibly kind. Due to the size of the project, the installers had to work a bit after their scheduled hours and they didnt even bat an eye. I cannot recommend this company more. The installers even had to stay after hours a bit due to the size of the job and I didn't hear a word about it. They happily finished up and even took the time to show me around the new system / thermostat.Classic Aire Care

1 starClassic Air installed a $17k **** system in my home in August. Days after it was installed we began to notice water stains and damage to our ceiling along the ductwork. I immediately called them to rectify the situation they sent out multiple employees none of whom could figure out what was causing the issue. When our ceiling was set to be repaired a month later. Mold had formed and the damage to our ceiling had spread. In the end, we were left with $15k in repairs on top of the **** system. Classic denies that they had a responsibility for what occurred and that it was the fault of our ductwork. They do not stand behind their product and support their customers.Classic Aire Care

2 starsIn April 2024 ******** from this company sold my 98 year old mother a plumbing maintenance plan over the phone. My mother has a heating and cooling service plan with this company. I found out about this in October 2024. I called the company and talked to ****. He told me they would issue a refund for the plumbing plan. They would give my mother one free AC visit next year instead of the refund. I would not deal with a company that is out to rip off seniors citizens. I have to say it did not take them long to ruin ********************Classic Aire Care

We see that we made a service call earlier in this year and the recommended repair was not accepted and at that time another company was contacted to do a repair. 1 starIve used this company for 3 years now but no longer! I first called them because it seemed like my home wasnt getting cool enough. They came out said my unit needed to be cleaned so they did and then talked us into a maintenance program. Last year they said it needed a new blower motor so we had them fix it. This year it was freezing the line on the indoor unit so we called them out. Needed coolant because it has a leak but cant tell how bad . So they were going to charge me $800 to put 2 lbs of coolant in not know if it was going to last 1 day or 1 year, Not happening. So I had them set an appointment for someone to come out and talk to us about a new unit. Why the guy was here he went down to look over what was going on with our existing unit then call me down to look at it. First he pointed out 2 vent in the basement that were not needing and needed to be closed off. Never was this brought to our attention for the last 3 years that they have been coming out, Initially because it wasnt getting cooler upstairs, which closing them off in the first place would have helped! Then he pointed out the filter which was our fault and then he pointed out that the fan was setting correctly when they installed our unit ( apparently, he did know it was his company that installed the fan last year) this company is something else.Classic Aire Care

5 starsAfter almost being taken advantage of by another HVAC company, *********************** from Classic Aire Care came out and sold me a new HVAC system. It is the same type of system but made by Lenox which I know is a reputable product. He made sure I got all the rebates and what to use when I file my taxes. The 2 installers were very efficient and left the area around my furnace spotless . My house is so much warmer with the new efficient system. Cannot wait to see how the new A/C does in summer. The installers took their time to show me that there were no cracks in the heat exchanger. I will recommend Classic ********** to everyoneReview fromSusan C

5 starsOur 20-year old air conditioner died due to age. We found out August is a busy time for scheduling service or a system replacement. We were delighted to send a message to Classic Aire via their website and quickly had ******************************* at our home. After ***** determined what we needed. He made a few calls back to Classic Aire and they had replacement equipment on hand! Another phone call back to the shop and we had courteous and ************************ *****, **** and **** removing the old system and installing the new system. There was quick turn around; the techs were professional and courteous; they cleaned up every trace of the work they did. We were able to get a system and a payment plan we could afford. 5 starsI needed my kitchen sink drain cleaned out. The last time I had it done by another company, sewage was splattered all over my basement. It was a mess to clean up. I sort of dreaded having it done again, but I needed the kitchen drain cleaned. I tried Classic Aire Care this time, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The plumber started by attaching a pipe to the drain to contain the mess rather than just let it splatter all over. In the end, the drain was totally clear, and there was absolutely no mess left behind. Additionally, the plumber gave me some tips to help me keep my drain remain clearer. I will definitely use Classic Aire Care the next time.Classic Aire Care
