    On February 21, 2023, I picked up furniture from:H3135353433**3235**36H H**3736373535303236H H33**353133**3138H Plus Affordable Furniture ******************************************************************** Tel.: ************ They were advertising special 3 rooms of furniture for $2,599.99 plus free trip. I purchased the 3 rooms and additional 1 night stand - $199.00, 2 tv stands - $2**.99 each. They asked if I would like to finance. I said ok. I was approved for $2,000.00 by Koalfi P.O. Box **** **********, ** 23058-**** ************** Koalfi&#**;s early purchase plan of 90 days pay $2,184.76.On March 16th, I paid $1,548.10 including $150.00 delivery and set up fee. I also paid $53.53 initial payment.On March 31, 2023, payment of $180.67 started. Therefore by June 16, 2023, ******* said I didn&#**;t meet the early purchase option of $2,184.76. I mentioned that I made a down payment which H3135353433**3235**36H H**3736373535303236H H33**353133**3138H didn&#**;t inform them. ******* said I have to tell H3135353433**3235**36H H**3736373535303236H H33**353133**3138H to call which I did, H3135353433**3235**36H H**3736373535303236H H33**353133**3138H never reported the down payment. Now ******* said that I am automatically put int he 12 month option. Now I&#**;m paying 26 payments of $180.67 a month which totals to $4,750.77.I would like for H363137**3238313831H to investigate these businesses: H3135353433**3235**36H H**3736373535303236H H33**353133**3138H Plus and Koalifi.I believe they&#**;re working together with the early option plan. My down payment of $1,548.10 including delivery & set up, deduction of $180.67 beginning March 31, 2023 from my checking account. I met the option plan by June 18, 2023, however H3135353433**3235**36H H**3736373535303236H H33**353133**3138H Plus hasn&#**;t reported the payment I made to them. ******* said I had to call them, I did and H3135353433**3235**36H H**3736373535303236H said they don&#**;t have anything to do with ******* although they&#**;re doing application fees for Koalfi (H**3736373535303236H H33**353133**3138H).Option 2 - 12 month - they put you in no matter what you paid.

    I purchased the mattress and bedroom set from them. They delivered it around 6:30 pm on June 5 and June 6 I had surgery. After surgery, I went to rehab. I mentioned it to them that I needed it right away because of this. My pacemaker was short so I was dizzy and light headed. I moved on June 5th and had surgery on June 6th. They would not take the mattress and box spring back so I had to sleep in a lift chair. So I had to go somewhere else to buy another mattress and box spring.

    I would like to return their mattress and box spring to them and get a refund.

    I want to make a note of what I was told before I purchased mattress. 

    - Top of the line

    - Can flip over 2 the other side

    - Was not able to try mattress because it was too high for me to lay on in the store (on a platform)

     After mattress was delivered

    - was not made to flip over

    - mattress soft and lumpy

    - was not able to use mattress box spring too high

    - purchased new box spring and mattress was low enough for me to get in.

    first thing we have all the mattress on the floor for customer to check them out before buying it, and agree to it.

    second we don not sell any mattress that flib, 

    third this is not top of line  they bought mattress that is $350.00 worth because the box spring is $149.99 and all box spring that we carry is 8"to 9", unless there is Special order for 4" box spring.

    fourth see at the bottom of the invoice it said all claims must be made 24 hours

    I am rejecting this response because:

    some aisle I could not go down because of my walker.  They delivered it at 6:30 pm on July 5th and I was going surgery the next morning.  I found out afterwards that they didn't open until the afternoon.  Even if I came home, I would not have been able to contact them.  I had to go to rehab after surgery and have no children so I had no one else to take care of this for me.  The mattress was lumpy, soft and too high.  I explained what I needed.  I had trouble with my pacemaker and was having trouble breathing.  He saw a sucker and saw that he could take advantage of me.  The person that took me to get the mattress and box spring was on vacation so they could not take me back to the store.  I had to buy another mattress and box spring because of this and had to sleep in a lift chair and could only use one arm because of the surgery.  I had no choice and had to buy another mattress and box spring.
