After spending $1,161 for outdoor cushions and another $40 for 2 bottles of fabric sealant, the salesman at Forshaw sold me the wrong bottles of fabric sealant. He gave me some kind of sealant for outdoor furniture. We specified fabric sealant, but he went to the shelf and came back with the wrong one. My wife used this spray on our new cushions and they were totally discolored, greasy, and literally destroyed for use. This was because of the salesman's error. The smart mouthpiece of the company president refused to accept any responsibility after conferring with him and would not give me new replacements or any credit of any kind and said it was my fault because the salesman didn't listen to what we ordered and my wife should have questioned the stuff they sold me. Bottom line: I am out $1,161 and have no product. They have lost a good customer forever. I urge you to buy elsewhere.

When you were in the store purchasing your cushions on 2/19/22, you did inquire about fabric protector, but our salesperson told you that we do not carry it anymore. We do also sell a protector for the metal frames of your furniture, which you asked for and purchased. When our salesperson told you we did not carry the fabric protector anymore, he even recommended a few places to purchase fabric protector. I am sorry that you sprayed the aluminum protector on your cushions, but we did not sell you aluminum cleaner as fabric protector. The aluminum cleaner clearly states the intended use on the front and back of the bottle. You were combative with our staff upon your arrival on 3/19/22 and demanded replacement cushions because you had ruined your cushions. Our store management offered to contact the manufacturer of the spray and ask for recommendations about cleaning, but you continued to be combative and then threw all your cushions onto our front curb and drove away. After contacting the manufacturer, we think that using a sequence of a bleach/water solution and a degreaser will fix the staining and make the cushions look like new.
