    Benchmark Mortgage has been sending me junk mail for the past 3 years. I have contacted them no fewer than 23 times to be "removed" from their mailing lists. They refuse to comply. I am on the *** "do not mail" list and continue to receive these fake letters asking me to spend thousands and thousands of dollars with this company. Despite being asked to be removed, they continue to harass me via **** mail, which is a felony. The least they WILL do is send me $1000 USD for EACH violation in the past 43 months they've harassed me. The best they will do is BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

    Please understand that we have only been in business for one year, and the correspondence you received was our first and only letter sent to you. We are aware that there are many companies in this industry, and we strive to maintain respectful communication with all potential clients. Your experience does not reflect our values, and we are committed to improving our practices.


    I appreciate your patience and understanding, and I apologize once again for any distress caused. If there is anything further we can do to rectify this situation, please do not hesitate to reach out.


    Attached is proof we have taken you off our mailing list.

    Company continues to make contact with them even after speaking with the manager. Uses outragous ******* stating penalty for private use, $300 displayed in the clear section of the envelope to make it seem like I made a mistake. States immediate response required in the mail. I call and find out they are trying to sell me a home warranty policy. I have received over 6 of these letters in different formats every time.

    I would like for the company to stop using misleading verbiage to get people to call them back and solicit business.  I would not like to recieve any more communication via postal mail or any others methods from this company.
