***** and I agreed to him fixing my website, SEO, social media management, and graphic design, & a create a discord channel. He gave me a proposal, but I asked him to give me a contract but he never did. Paid him nearly $5K and all I got from working with him for 3 months was a flyer. My receipts for payment were in emails. He sent me to a bogus website where he said my updated contract and receipts should be. Waited 2 weeks for access and the whole 3 months for those items to be uploaded, never happened. For the website, ***** kept sighting issues with my POS and woo commerce not connecting properly and images converting over small. He said he was working with the developer overseas and could not give me said developers name or email address so I could verify if his words were true. He refused to work on our social media because the website we had with our POS was not "perfect" and customers would be confused when items were linked to our website and the checkout process was a dud. That made no sense.I asked him if he could not give me access to the backend of the website he was completing, he said no. I asked him to complete 4 different flyers on July 19, August 1 came around still no flyers. ***** said he hired a gentleman from ****** to do graphic design work. I received an introduction email from a gentleman name *******************, **** produced that 1 flyer I and did not reply at all to my follow up emails. I complained to ***** for several weeks, at the end of August, "****" was fired.Around the beginning of August, I fired ***** for non completion website, social media, or flyers - he said we were so close to finishing...He just needed more money to complete a website and get a different plug in. So I believed him but by September, still no completed website, no flyers, no social media, no discord channel, still no contract or receipts. In September I gave up on the project and tried getting my money back. He sent me a fake cease & desist letter.
