This sham of a business has multiple contracts with big box type stores, so once you buy your items they don't care if they ever deliver them. I have had nine reschedules and have filed a consumer complaint with the ** attorney general's office. My cabinets even had had to be reordered because they admitted the cabinets I've waited on have been lost or stolen. They really need to be put out of business. Class action litigation would likely be the only solution.Review from Paige S

I was a little worried after reading the reviews and after the first scheduled time was cancelled but it was for a Monday and they said they were short drivers that day, I was understanding and rescheduled again. I did not get a confirmation call of this scheduled time so I wasnt hopeful and called again to reschedule. They then scheduled a time and showed up and they were nice and polite and handled my cabinets very well. They had a long day, I tipped them gave them drinks and snacks and was thankful to receive my order in full. I feel there is a lot of miscommunication within the company and I work from home so I wasnt missing work for these scheduled times but I can see how some people might get frustrated. Overall I have faith if I were to need them to delivery something for me again if eventually get it and in good shape.Review from Akeem S

Canceled multiple times. Rescheduled multiple times at the last minute (1 hour before delivery). Lost my furniture for 3 months. Literally theres no possible way they could be worse. Unfortunately had no choice to work with them thanks to west elm, dont know who has the worst service? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Review from Voula A

I have been waiting months for a dining room table delivery I ordered from ******* furniture in Early January. The table was in stock and supposedly sent to ********** but I had to wait another couple of months for delivery. The morning o& the delivery, ******* calls me to say the lock was damaged and they were ordering another part. Now a month later and the second day of delivery, after taking a day off of work, the leg was damaged. When you call them they are smug and unprofessional. What kind of company is this? Now I have to fight with ******* for using this company! They deserve a 0!Review from Deena S.

We ordered a new bed. I was very worried by the reviews that we were NOT going to get the bed on time or even at all. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the business was impossible to reach. The company I ordered my bed from had to get in contact with them to insure me that the delivery would be on time (and a LIGIT company. I in turn PROMISED to said company that if I received my bed and mattress on time, at the time promised, I would write a GOOD review. Well, ShowMe delivery team DID exactly as they said they would. They called to say they were on their way, they were courteous, well mannered, prompt, kind and gentlemen. I would use them again in the future. **************Review from Kayla R

*********** office- I ordered cabinets from ************* and they used show me home delivery. They delivered three of my 10 cabinets, one of the three was damaged. They delivered it anyway. On my ********** order they marked all my cabinets as being delivered. In the last three weeks I have not been able to reach them one time by phone. They have never tried to reach me by phone to set up any delivery dates. When they delivered the three cabinets they set them on the sidewalk and drove away I didnt think they were even mine because I had ordered so many more. The customer service is very poor. We had three attempts for them to deliver the cabinets. First attempt was 9/31/21. No call No show. 2nd attempt, 10/7/21. I decline through automated option on 10/6/21 but they still showed-up when no one was home. No prior call to alert me. I was informed about their arrival after they said they had been waited for 10mins. Because they could not wait any longer I asked them to re-schedule. They re-scheduled it for 10/14/21. I took of work that day. No call no-show between the time they had confirmed through their automated call on 10/13/21. At 2pm I got a call from Kansas City dispatcher that their truck had mechanical issues. and was re-scheduled for 10/21/21. I went thought the same predicament I encountered the week of the 13th. The finally delivered them today. With no alert that they were on the way. the delivery grew told my wife "nobody call you?" Glad that someone was home. I call the dispatcher but no one was picking the phone. I call their customer services, no one was picking the phone, I tried their website and the website does not exist or expired.Review from Trisha S

This is the worst delivery service people ever. They call and say they are going to deliver to not here from them. Then for the 5th time still no delivery. **** ***** need new delivery company. If you have option to pick up your better offReview from Trisha B.

This company delivered a **** ***** vanity order to our home. They called (automated call) prior day and said delivery would be between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. At 2:03 p.m. day of delivery we received an automated call that they would be at our house within 3 hours and would call 15 minutes prior to arriving. At 4:55 p.m. our Ring doorbell notified us that they were there. They had not called. They were paid extra to deliver the 300+ pound vanity to the room of our choice and unbox it. They put it in the middle of our garage door and left, blocking our ability to park in the garage. We tried calling the company to ask if they could come back and deliver it as we paid for but it was after 5 and no one answered. We left a message and no one has called us back to acknowledge any of this in the past 2 days. I would not recommend any company or consumer use this delivery company.
