      "I sent in my hard drive for diagnosis, when I was given the price quote I asked to get my drive back as it'd be awhile before I could afford it. Now that I can finally afford it I brought it to a different company and come to find out that fields mangled my drive, what was a near garentee of full recovery was turned into a miracle that the drive still even responds and I'll be lucky to get 30% of my data off of it." ...
