Experience was ruined by another customer of theirs that they are responsible for . The business acknowledges they were at fault and accused other customer of being a narcissist and possibly being drunk during the cooking class. Business knew this was going on and did nothing to stop this behavior that caused us from not getting what we we paid for. I talked to owner *** and she was less than compassionate and did not offer an apology but just wanted to blame the other customer but that customer is her responsibility. I asked for a refund and she refused. I cant believe if they though another customer might have been drunk that they didnt remove them for everyones safety.

I was severely injured in a freak accident about 8 weeks prior to the class that I already had paid for. I had 3 surgeries, am using a ******, am unable to transport myself anywhere due to my leg injury, and being in severe/unpredictable intermittent pain unfortunately had to try to reschedule the day of the class. This was 07/05/2022 I believe. The owner of this place WOULD NOT work with me whatsoever on booking us for another class or returning my money. I understand that it isnt always in good taste to cancel the day before or day of, but my circumstances are not normal circumstances. Youd think with all the disproportionately bad to good Yelp and ****** reviews this place has the owner would want to work with a returning customer versus essentially stealing $130 from me over $130 she may or may not have made four months down the road in October when an alternative class was available. The owner provided me with no written or even verbal cancellation policy upon the purchase of the class months prior to the class actually taking place. I had absolutely no warning. The owners have done this to MANY people as per the Yelp and ****** reviews. The owner of this place is truly a thief. I would like a refund of my $130 for my class and preferably for these owners to publicly apologize to all the customers theyve stolen from. But most of all, I want a refund for my class.
