Me and my husband had rented from this company, we had to rent 2 pieces of equipment in one day because their equipment kept breaking, we had to pay someone out of pocket to cone fix thier equipment, the first piece we had it maybe a total of 45 mins and was working on cleaning our backyard, the tracks popped of twice of this first piece, and then the tracks Shredded, this first piece if equipment also wasn't greased at all, the tracked looked dry rotted but they still let us take it off their lot, so we called and told them what happened they told us to come get another piece of equipment and we wouldn't be charged for the first one, so we did well abt an hour into working with the second piece of equipment the tracks also popped off twice again and once again we had to pay someone to fix that with our own money, and this second piece of equipment also wasn't greased, well we paid the 1200 deposit and then they still charged us 100 more then what was agreed on, I just want my money back for such bad service or the money to be charged correctly!
