1 starWe purchased a photo album for our twins. I have not been able to login to the website. I have not received a welcome email. I do not have access to my photo after three months!!!! When I try to login Mom 365's website requests me to send a link to my email. The website says the link was sent, I have never received a link. I have tried multiple times over the last three months and nothing. I submitted two IT help tickets and Mom 365 responded with a genetic email with instructions how to login. Again directing me to generate a link, which still does not actually work. I have tried to call and I am currently on minute 55 and still no one has answered the phone. I called a few weeks earlier and hung up after 30 minutes and no one answered. I cannot believe ************************ would work with such an unprofessional company. Was this whole thing a scam?!?!?! I demand a refund!Review fromMorgan P

1 star*** purchased newborn photos at the hospital using Mom 365 and the products they sent us were not what we purchased. They spelled our last name incorrectly on the photo album (even though we triple checked we spelled it correctly on the form) and didn't use the photos we selected (including our favorite photo from the shoot). We reached out twice over the last three weeks and have not had a response... I wish I could give 0 stars. We would REALLY love a response to correct the errors that were clearly Mom 365's fault.Mom365

1 starBeen two weeks since we paid for digital photos of our newborn in the hospital with no receipt for the payment and no photos. The photographer was pushy and rude to my wife. The photos turned out great abut we were told it would take 5-7 business days to receive a digital photo kinda ****** our hospital is partnered with these apparent crooks who have stolen our money.Mom365

The customer purchased the Bronze Digital Only package, which includes four (4) digital download images and a slideshow. These items have been available and accessible through the customers Baby Portrait Page since May 18, 2025, at 3:04:59 PM.Our system confirms the customer has logged into their account. Upon logging in, there is a clearly visible, prominently placed pink button labeled Download All Images, in addition to distinct download icons beneath each individual image. These features are intentionally designed for ease of use and cannot be missed under normal browsing ************* this time, all purchased digital products are and have been fully available without issue. If the customer is having difficulty navigating the page, we are available to provide assistance. However, the products were delivered as described and on time, and no malfunction or failure to provide the purchased items has occurred.Review fromChelsea K

1 starIf I could give 0 stars I would. We had pictures done over 9 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a single thing. No digital edits and not even the book I ordered. $400 for pictures that Ill apparently never receive. Its absolutely impossible to talk to a single person. No one ever emails back or answers the phone. This is absolute bs. Most definitely dont recommend this company. 1 starIm writing this review to warn others about the extremely poor experience I had working for MOM365. While the company positions itself as a feel-good, family-focused photography service, the internal reality is very different.From the start, communication was inconsistent and disorganized. Training was minimal and did not prepare employees for the demands of the role, and management provided little to no ongoing support. Unrealistic expectations were placed on photographersoften requiring them to upsell aggressively in hospital settings while new mothers were recovering. This felt ethically wrong and created unnecessary stress for both employees and families.Scheduling was chaotic, and hours were unreliableoften not enough to make ends meet, yet somehow demanding total availability. There was little respect for work-life balance, and raising concerns with management was either ignored or met with dismissiveness.There is also a significant lack of transparency in pay structure and incentives. Promises made during hiring were not honored, and several coworkers experienced payroll issues that were difficult to ********** short, MOM365 prioritizes profit over ********** its clients and its employees. 1 starHad pictures taken of our newborn with a mom365 photographer and paid $250 for the digital package. Almost 3 weeks later and we are still unable to download the pictures we paid for. Can see them with a watermark on the website but cannot download our purchased pictures. We have sent 2 emails through their customer support system online and waited the time the automated reply asked for and still no answer or help. 1 starI came to leave a bad review and from the looks of it, there isnt much that hasnt been said. After reading all of these, Im glad they decided to leave us hanging. We spend 3 days in the hospital with our newborn. On day 2 they came by our room and asked if we wanted pictures, we asked if we could schedule for later in the day so our other 2 kids could be in the picture. We were told they could take pictures at that very moment only as they were done for the day. (It was 11am). We said we would be there the next day and they said they would come first thing in the morning to workout a time. The next morning they knocked on our door at about 8:50am, they said they could work us in between 11am-12pm. I had my older two kids at the hospital ready for pictures at 10:40am so they wouldnt have to wait on us. We watched the clock tick by for 3 hours with 2 antsy toddlers sitting in a hospital room. We asked the nursing staff for an eta roughly 1:30pm because the staff was waiting for our photos before giving us our discharge papers. We were informed that they had already left for the day and we were not the only family they left hanging. All we wanted was a few pictures of our babies together in the hospital and they couldnt give us the time of day. After seeing the comments and their picture quality, Im glad they didnt get my money.Review fromZachery C

1 starI wish I could give negative stars. This company provided the worst photo services I could imagine possible for our first child. We foolishly fell into their trap and purchased the full package from the *** at the hospital with the expectation wed receive them within ***** hours, which I already seemed was way too long to remove watermarks and send my wife and I the photos to create a sweet post for our first child. Youd think in the modern, digital era this could be done in a matter of ********** took 3 weeks for them to get us the photos They blamed storms for this, however in the meantime they kept annoying me with emails to redeem a free digital keepsake which allowed me to choose one photo and get it as a digital download in a MOM365 frame. This came through in 2-days, still during their apparent outage.I emailed in and their customer service has been atrocious, no sympathy, no offer to find a way to make things better, nothing at all. Youd think a company would want to help and find a way to make their clients happy. Instead, they have made it clear that do not care about anything other than taking advantage of postpartum parents for their financial gain. 1 starI feel like I was scammed by a photographer that worked for this company! My husband purchased a package upwards of $200 I was promised that I would received my digital download package within a week of purchasing so I left the hospital happy thinking I would have cute announcement pictures of my baby. I go to my babys profile page and can access the picture but it says I have no purchases or order so Im not sure what I paid for? Its been almost 2 weeks and have submitted 2 tickets to customer service I would like my refund. I will never make the same mistake trusting this company I should've read the reviews on this company before I gave them my hard earned money cause its something that multiple people have complained about.Mom365

Our records indicate that your credit card was declined, which is why your Digital products were not uploaded to your FREE Baby Portrait ******** reached out to us on October 24 and October 25, 2024. We responded to your first inquiry on October 28, informing you of the declined payment and directing you to contact our Credit Card department.We noticed that you successfully placed another order on our website on October 28, 2024, and you have since accessed and downloaded your digital images.
