Why is your office not opened and IREMOVED;m calling during business hours? How am I supposed to communicate with them when they donREMOVED;t answer the phone. I have bill from a business that they sent to correction that is not correct on 4/26/25 and I had severe hives. It is messing up my credit report. I would like contact by them.

There have been multiple ongoing issues with the hospital failing to bill my insurance correctly and repeatedly sending me the same bills, even after I provided the proper insurance information several times. This past Monday, I received a call from NPAS Solutions, a collections company, informing me that I had a past-due balance of $157 and demanding immediate payment. The representative became aggressive and disrespectful after I explained that my wife is active-duty military, the care was authorized, and the provider previously told me no copay was required due to my insurance. REMOVEDhas also sent letters confirming that I am not responsible for any payment. Despite this, the collections representative stated they did not care and continued to pressure me. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and bordering on threatening.

First and foremost, we would like to apologize the consumer's experience was not elevated to meet our sole mission and values. We strive to provide excellent customer service to ALL consumers. Although, the consumer feels this was not achieved, we appreciate the concern being brought to our attention so we can review and if needed provide reeducation to enhance services provided to all.
The account ending in REMOVEDwas placed with our office on September 9, 2025 by our client, REMOVED. Upon reviewing the account, we have reached out to our client requesting they review the consumers concern. Based on our clients review, they have determined that a claim would need to be reprocessed with the consumers insurance company. This can take from REMOVEDdays for insurance to process. We appreciate the consumer's patience while insurance reprocesses the claim. Also, since the consumer has requested to cease calls, NPAS Solutions has marked the consumers phone number with a cease and desist and the consumer will no longer be contacted regarding this account. Lexi went to REMOVEDon 12/10/24. She received one bill which she paid off in the amount of $1212.00. She has access to their portal and saw no other outstanding invoices and received no other bills from them. She received a bill from NPAS Solutions on 11/20/2025. We asked for a copy of the invoice and they told us they could not give us a copy. We have never seen this bill and had not idea it was owed. They will not give us a copy and we are not paying it without a copy.

I initially received a bill from REMOVEDon 8/2025 regarding a bill that I was supposed to have received from the hospital which I received my hip surgery completed on 4/30/24, at REMOVEDin REMOVED, REMOVED. I never received a bill from the hospital for the balance due from me that the insurance did not cover. A year later I received a $750.00 amount due balance from REMOVED. In August of 2025 I lost my job and have been unemployed since then without any income. I am constantly seeking employment to no avail. I can't afford the REMOVEDAct (ACA) health insurance coverage. I would like to find out why an explanation of the charges incurred. I only received the acct. #, the Collector Name, Patient Name, Date of Service and the amount paid and owed. I explained to the woman that called me, REMOVED, that I was unable to pay the full amount, especially that I don't have any income at this point in time. I need help remedying the problem I face.

I am disputing a $190 medical debt reported or collected by [collector/provider]. No services were received. Two appointments were canceledone because I had pneumonia. The providers billing department confirmed in recorded calls that these visits would be corrected and no balance was owed. Despite that, this account was forwarded to collections. This is an attempt to collect a debt that does not exist.Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. 1692g), the collector must validate any alleged debt and cease collection until verification is provided. Any continued collection or reporting without proper validation violates 1692e (false representation of a debt) and 1692f(1) (collection of sums not authorized by law). See REMOVED. REMOVED, 514 U.S. 291 (1995); REMOVED. Capital REMOVEDServs., 460 F.3d 1162 (9th Cir. 2006).Reporting this false balance to consumer-reporting agencies would also violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2(b), which requires furnishers to conduct a reasonable investigation after notice of dispute. See REMOVED. REMOVED584 F.3d 1147 (9th Cir. 2009). Because I have contemporaneous recorded calls proving acknowledgment of billing error, any continued furnishing of this debt would be reckless disregard of accuracy obligations.I demand immediate deletion or correction of all records relating to this alleged debt, withdrawal from collections, and written confirmation that my credit file has been updated. Please provide documentation proving that services were rendered and that your billing was lawful. This company calls my minor childs phone number constantly. We have blocked the number but they are still able to leave voicemails. His voicemail box is now full just from them. They are trying to reach the person who had the phone number before him. It is the wrong number but despite requests they wont stop calling him. This phone number is owned by me but used by my minor child. They are not trying to reach me.

I went to REMOVEDfor a heart emergency . I had a valve replacement in 2020. I have requested for financial support many times and asked if I could go in a payment plan , I have paid my ambulance bill and other. I had a stay at REMOVEDand requested 3 times that I receive financial assistance for the bill I received. I was out of work for 5 months following my stay. I am now being harassed by NP Solutions for the debt. This is medical debt and REMOVEDsending my private health information to a third party such as NP Solutions is a HIPAA violation. I demand this debt be cleared, and any impact on my credit score be erased due to such a violation, and not receiving the financial assistance I requested multiple times.

As stated in my original complaint, I have contacted REMOVEDon my own and requested financial aid multiple times, even once with my insurance company.Now I am being harassed by your company weekly on behalf of REMOVEDfor this debt which is a violation of REMOVED. REMOVEDcannot give my private health information to a third party without my consent and that is what theyve done by giving my information to your company.
Unless both companies (the collector and REMOVED) cease attempting to collect on this debt, I will not have to move forward with a case for a violation of my HIPAA rights.

Recently I was taken by ambulance to the REMOVED. In the REMOVEDthe doctor told me that they will not treat me since my surgery was done at REMOVEDin REMOVED. I was transferred many hours later. My health coverage is REMOVEDand REMOVED. I have a small copay. In November REMOVEDcontacted me saying that nonpayment bill was turned over to them for collection. I needed to pay them now. Since that knew about the date I was in the hospital I thought they must be correct somehow. So I checked my bank and they did get the money from my account. Today I got another bill for another $100. In trying to call the phone number on the bill. The call would not go through. The phone company said check the number and dial it again. Same thing happened. I believe this to be a scam and seek a resolve.
