    Ordered 12 toilet bowl fresheners, one was broken. Emailed several times but no response. Will not order again from this company.

    I contacted the company in August 2023 about a product I was dissatisfied with. I received no response. I contacted the company again in December 2023 and still no response. I also sent an email in December with no response. I would like to get a refund, which according to their packaging is an easy thing to do. But I have yet to hear from the company. The company requested the original sales receipt, which I sent to them.
