              On my February rewards statement, my points total shows to be 9868 and my March statement shows the total to be 4934. I just recieved my April statement and it still shows the lower total. I have contacted multiple Enterprise associates via their help lines and email and thought that I had the problem resolved. The last email correspondence I recieved from "*****" stated that "I have submitted the documentation provided in your previous message to the ****************** for review to ensure that the points balance on your Enterprise Plus account is updated as soon as possible." That was almost two weeks ago and still nothing. They have already substantiated that none of my previous points expired, and I haven't used any so my total should still be 9868. I just can't seem to get this problem rectified despite talking to multiple customer service representatives and submitting proof to them.

              Reserved a car called to confirm gave them my card and drivers info everything and when I went to pick it up all of a sudden I needed a major credit card been renting cars for ******************************************************************************************************************************************************* before I make all my plans and show up for a car you promised me that's the whole point of making reservations so on the day of stuff like this doesn't happen and your outsourced indian help line was atrocious we couldn't understand each other and he ended up just yelling nonsense to me this was a horrible experience I cannot stress enough how crappy this business is go anywhere else
