I have lived in the building for 3 years, and I filed a complaint with management about repairs not being done and as revenge they are making move out within 60 days and double the rent after January. My wife and myself cannot afford to move out, and we both have upcoming medical procedures being done (mine is in December and my wife surgery is within the beginning of the year) and she has ******************.Business Response

EHP Mgmt CO is just the messenger. Owner of the property decides if they are renewing a lease. The owner decided not to review the Turkin's lease. Owner gave the Turkin's 90 day notice. EHP was not given a reason why the owner decided not to review. EHP Mgmt CO has addressed every single issue the Turkin have had. On a Sunday the Turkins blew a circuit breaker because of all of the items they had plug into an extension cord. A mtne tech was at their unit within 20 minutes reset the electric. We have always gone the extra mile for Turkin because they are an elder couple and are deaf. We wish them the best of luck I also offered to help them find another unit with a different client.Customer Answer

Lindsa Mills calls me. her number is 314 962 4539. she complained that you blame her for my compliant. and i asked her what is the name of owner. she refused to tell me name of owner, she said the owner is Moloney Propertiesi. beleive. she gave me false name 314 962 4539. he sold the apartment.. i met him he sold his business apartment. and our apartment break down many need maintain. for example. water drips from seond floor, control a/a and heat is not correct. and the wash machine is brokeand Lindsay told me to look phone number but i cant find the sign but she called wash machine number is no longer and A/c water leak on our hall wet and the manitnace told me to threw the leak water in pan every 4 hours. i have to waike up 3 or 4 days throw leak water for 3 dayt. suffer my sleep. and the door screen is not property maintenance. because fly come in the room the maintiane found leak plastic tube in basement and change pipe i think it is copper pipes. and also wash machine leak wet on the floor i was scare to slip the floor. the stove replalcement because of smell gas and building is very old and break down and someone stole my order items from Amazon and i did. report. to police and is. better now also the power panel electric is broke too. tooo many issues. and now they want me to moved out and guess what. the next door has bad waters leaking. and other side of apartment wet floor badly. i am noit onloy one who complained. that manger was oral abuse said. i dont have to answer the phone. because i dont get paid to answer you. i just leave a message machine. 24 hours what is wrong? i brought fire alarm flash light in study room. i borrowed them from fire deparment i am deaf wowCustomer Answer

my wife corrected that leak in pan five day and pour water out every 20 minutres and wound out. i have memory issue there is doctor attachment letter you can talk to american black man and ask him questionj about maintiane issues. i dont trust office managerCustomer Answer

We have never yelled at ***************************. We correspond through an interpreter because he is deaf. It is impossible to yell at ***************. We have been managing this property for two years. We have always taken care of every issue ******* has had. We have also help him with issues that have nothing to do with managing the property. We have addressed every issue ******* has had. We assistant him with processing work orders. We assisted him when he was locked out even though it clearing states we do not do lock out per the owner, its in the lease. We fixed the roof leak within 24 hours and the ac the same day. When he blew a circuit breaker in his bedroom we had a tech there within 20 minutes. We have gone way beyond with special help with this tenant because he is deaf.Initial Complaint

There are roaches. Someone switched the cabinets out. they found roaches. there property at **************. There are leaks in the pipes. The heat and air do not work. The apartment is no habitable. I called the city of ********* and the have issue with the property as well.Business Response

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against *** ********** *******, regarding their practices and actions concerning my condo. I believe their conduct raises serious concerns, and I hope that the Better Business Bureau can assist in addressing this matter.
I am a resident of ***** ******* *********** ***********, and I have been paying a monthly condo fee of $150 as per the terms of my lease agreement. Recently, I received a notice from the condo association, which demanded a payment of $2,500 for a roof replacement. Unfortunately, the association did not provide any explanation as to why the monthly fee, paid by all tenants, is not being used to cover this expense.
What is further troubling is that I was given only a mere 3 months to make this substantial payment. Due to unexpected financial constraints, I missed the deadline and was subsequently charged a late fee of $405. To my surprise, the condo association escalated the situation by turning my account over to a collection agency firm.
This situation has caused undue stress and financial hardship for me, and it seems to be an unfair and unprofessional practice on the part of the *** ********** *******. I firmly believe that a fair resolution can be reached by addressing the lack of transparency and the unreasonable demands made by the condo association.
I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigates this matter and helps mediate a solution that is fair to all parties involved. I believe that *** ********** ******* should be held accountable for their actions and practices.

*** **** ** was hired by the board of trustees (3 UG owners) to be the property management company for ***** ****** Condos. *** **** ** per the contract communicates to the owners what the owners and board of trustees have approved via voting and agreed on.***** ******* Owners elect the board of trustees to oversee the condo association maintenance issues and establish the yearly budget and assessment.***** ****** Owners approved a special assessment May 2023 for $2500 to replace 8 roofs. Hello,
I read the message from ********* H ********, Owner and I don't agree with her statement. She did not explain why my monthly condo fee of $150 is not covering the roof. Every tenant pays that each month and I don't know where that money is going to and what is it being used for. I am asking to be refunded $405 for the late fee that was charged by the Debt Collection company called "****** Law Firm". As of today, Friday, December 15, 2023 11:43 AM, the roof on my building still has NOT been replaced, even though I have paid the $2,500 + $405 on October 30, 2023 via Check. What are they doing and why are they not replacing the roof now that I paid for it? This seems like a scam to me because I paid my dues.

We paid our portion for the roof replacement yet the roof has not been replaced as of 1/5/2024. I am also requesting a refund of $400 for the late fee. That amount is ridiculously high for a late fee.
