      On 1/11/2025 I contacted A1 about the roof leaking inside our home. ceiling & down the North wall. ****** was to be here to look at it on 1/13/2025 @1pm to meet at our home. no one showed up. Then ****** said 4:30. Still no show. I missed work to be here. A gender reveal he said. :(
      Crew showed up 1/14/25 and shoveled snow from roof. Also scraped the new shingles from the new roof. Found the problem. When the new roof was put on the roofers didn't put seal around the roof pipes at the boots.
      ****** said that when the weather got nicer, also to make sure it didn't leak again they would come fix the interior.
      my husband tried to contact them on numerous occasions. March 5th, left message no answer, March 6th they did call him during class. (teacher) couldn't answer. He called again March 7th 2x no answer, left message. Called April 7th, same no answer, also on the 14th. Same results, NOTHING.
      So I txt him April 18th @ 8:36 about an appointment for repairs. ****** did txt back stating "didn't we make proper repairs?" I let him know that yes the outside was fixed but no one had returned our calls about the interior roof that was damaged because of it. He was questioning about the leak stoping. I said "yes"!
      I proceeded to tell me to give him a minute, then txt me back about wanting to trade his truck in, giving all the details of vehicle. I told him your texting wrong person. Thinking how important his roofing customers care shows, as if I didn't already know..
      He said we need to set up a time to do it. I told Him any Saturday as I & my husband are off,

      hen proceeded to tell me Saturday's are tough. Soccer games 2 a Saturday.
      I proceeded to ask about May 21st. WEDNESDAY. There was no school I was off. He read the txt and no response.
      My husband and I have all of this information on our phones to prove the correspondence.
      This is the worst company I have ever delt with. this makes the 2nd time writing to you with hopes of getting some help. They are a JOKE!!
