    Taken advantage of and overcharged. Told it was paid then told it wasn't.

    I took ($48000 )truck in for a new battery and the shop broke the battery cover and refuse replace the cover and tape it up instead. I took that my truck in on October 30, 2024. I spoke with *** the owner and he refused to replace the cover. I have been a repeated customer for many years and all I want is for them to replace my battery cover that was broken by their technicians.

    Speaker wires were installed in 2019 and have a picture to prove it. Another false statement made by Complete Auto Care.

    You have falsely said we broke your battery box cover. Do you have picture of it coming in with the box not broke? You are making a huge deal out of nothing. We have been in business for over 50 years and we would have replaced it if we broke it. You have now review us on platforms and this has been ***** on your side. This wasn't even a repair it was a battery replacement - do you have pictures of the cover and tape you said we put on? Again a picture of the box cover not broken? You realize this cover is a minor cost and this is nothing for us to replace if we of course broke it.

    I have been bringing vehicles to you for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars, my complaint is legit and why you think it is ***** is beyond me over a $10 part that your workers broke. I will let family members and friends know not to ever bring a vehicle to your company for repair ever. Why would I need a picture with the tape your workers put on the cover when I personally showed you. Im shocked at how Ive been treated by your company.

    10/10/2022 fix damaged trailer through insurance company claim
    shop was advised $10,000 cap
    estimate emailed but returned wrong address
    shop fixed trailer anyways
    insurance paid $10,000 we are now being invoiced $12,000 for unauthorized repairs

    We were never told the trailer had a $10,000 cap on repair.
    (Show me.)  This is the fault of your
    insurance company.  It is their normal
    practice to not pay the proper amount to repair vehicles.  I am seeking 100 shops.  They do this to us on a daily basis.  I am sewing them for $8,000,000 nationwide.  No one told me of a $10,000 cap.

    Took rv over to them for a insurance estimate. They did not do the estimate. I asked about changing a fuel filter *** said it didn’t have one and if it did he would kiss every cows a** in Texas. I did it myself in about 20 min when we got home. They got a approval for $1400 to clean the complete interior of the rv. When picking it up none of the hard surfaces were done. Rv was not even half way cleaned. Left with rv. *** called me the next day and cussed me out told me to finish it myself or sue him. Before realizing he had not been paid. Now we received a notice for Lien and a bill for $2550 for 6hrs of body work that was not completed a cleaning fee now of $1670. We have dated pics to prove it was only half way cleaned. We received no phone calls after he cussed me out and said to sue him or do it ourselves. Then receive this application for mechanics lien and a over priced bill for work that was not completed.
