            April 6, 2022 I paid Quintessential $300 for an birthday event set for November 26, 2022. Some things has happened in my life to stop me from moving forward on this event. I tried reaching to management several times with no response. I called them on October 6th and was told the manager would call but no response. I also went to the establishment October 9th and was told that the manager in charge would reach out to me again and they took my number down again for the 2nd time. As of October 13th I still haven't received a phone call. I haven't sign any documents bonding to any contract, when I first spoke with someone in April they were to hold my credit card information until it got close to time of the event and then we will start setting arrangements but they did run my credit card for the $300 and I haven't spoke with anyone since April. At this point now I just want my $300
