    I called and canceled my service on August 4 at 1:28 PM central standard time. Subsequent to that phone call I am now being told I owe over $115 for services that were rendered in September and October. I have not lived at the service address since July hence, the call to cancel in August. They are now calling, sending emails, and harassing me telling me that I owe money for Services that I canceled, but that they apparently continued to perform at a home that I do not live at. I want the harassing phone calls and emails stating that I have an unpaid balance to stop immediately. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had with any vendor. To be subsequently charged for services that I did not authorize is quite infuriating. I would not recommend doing business with this company under any **************** addition, I paid for ultimate defense, which rather their own description includes indoor and outdoor services. Not once since Covid, did they service the inside of the house. They did, however, charge me the most expensive rate for full indoor and outdoor service.

    Please see below communication to ****** **** regarding communication from today and what was discovered during account review.  

    Regarding the Ultimate Defense program description:  The Ultimate Defense Program, our most comprehensive PC program prevents and controls dozens of pests including both indoor pest and outdoor pest through inspection, locating pest harborages and entry points, specialized treatment to critical areas, and ongoing monitoring.  The program provides exterior service 6 times per year, and interior application is available upon customer request so a scheduled appointment can be established.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience this incident caused as the billing error was reviewed and corrected on 10/17/2025 after it was brought to our attention from ******** communication.

    We appreciate your patience during the review of your account and sincerely apologize for the communication issues youve experienced.

    Our records show that your Ultimate Defense Program was set not to renew in September 2025, and a cancellation request was applied during your August 2025 conversation. Unfortunately, the system did not properly complete this cancellation.

    A payment of $56.00 was received through the customer portal on August 6, 2025, which covered your August final billing and should have concluded the agreement. Your card was then removed from the account.

    However, due to a system error, Amco Rangers billing system continued to generate monthly charges despite the cancellation setting. This resulted in additional ******** and a communication regarding a balance of $116.48, which occurred in error.

    We sincerely apologize for this billing mistake and appreciate your understanding as we continue implementing updates to our new system introduced earlier this year.

    Additionally, please accept my personal apology for the unsatisfactory interaction you had with our customer service team earlier today. This experience does not reflect our service standards or procedures.

    As a gesture of goodwill, Amco Ranger would like to offer you a $100 credit toward any new yearly pest control agreement during your first year of service.

    I called back in August. August 4th at 128pm to be exact. My account was to be canceled and turned off. I wanted no more service. I will never pay this bill. You illegally charged me for services that I canceled in August.
