I went there and paid $300 for the appointment and after the polygraph test is done, I pay $300. The *** was rude and refused to give back my $300.00. They did not provide the services to me. I would like a refund.

This private polygraph exam was conducted on the Thursday, July 31, 2025, at approximately 1042 hours. This was the examinee's SECOND polygraph exam with this examiner. During the interview, the examinee became enraged and began yelling at the examiner over her comment about the ************************************ (***) being a "human trafficking ring." As the examinee remained verbally argumentative towards the examiner, she approached the examiner and leaned over the desk in close proximity of the examiner's person. Due to having concern over his physical safety and after the examinee stated she would no longer take the polygraph, the examiner asked her to leave. The examinee continued to be verbally abusive as she left and stood outside the building, including through text messages. She later came back into the office and continued to be verbally abusive and threatening towards the examiner.

We are currently notifying law enforcement to make an informational report on this incident and have them provide her with a trespass warning.

All our polygraph examinations are recorded (audio/video) INCLUDING THIS INTERACTION. It should be noted that our written consent forms provided at the beginning of the polygraph exam to the examinee clearly state the following: "I fully understand that if I become abusive, uncooperative, argumentative, combative, or disruptive, the polygraph examination and related interview will be terminated...I understand and agree that no refund will be given once the polygraph examination and related interview are underway." Due to the examinee acknowledging this criteria, that the polygraph exam/related interview were underway, her becoming verbally abusive and threatening, and her statement of no longer wanting to take the polygraph, the exam was terminated.

Our business currently has an A+ rating with the BBB, and to my knowledge, this is the first complaint we have received since opening the doors in 2011. We have conducted *****s of polygraphs since that time, including for law enforcement, attorneys, private citizens, etc. We are sorry this incident occurred, but we stand by our personal and professional reputations.

Ms. ******* signed a contract that states that the $300 deposit as well as the $300 she paid after the exam was done is non-refundable. Due to the situation that was mentioned earlier, the exam was terminated as she no longer wanted to take the exam and the behavior she displayed toward the examiner. We can provide a copy of the contract she signed, if needed.
