The owner of this company insulated my attic space in August of 2024 with blown in insulation. After completion, I requested a receipt for the payment made for this work. The owner told me that he had run out of receipts and that he would email it to me. He did not. I sent at least 7 emails to him requesting a receipt. He replied to some of the emails stating he would send the receipt and some of the recent emails I sent were not replied to. Please help me obtain a receipt stating the amount and type of insulation applied, the date of the work and the cost of this workCustomer Answer

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
I need a receipt which breaks down the cost of the insulation materials from the labor costs in order to file my 2024 taxes and receive appropriate credits. The *** does not permit labor costs to be submitted, only the cost of actual materials. If this vendor does not send the detailed costs as requested, I will lose the value of the home energy credits.
